The house is in a quiet neighborhood, that made morning walks and bird-watching a pleasure. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful to any questions or requests we had. We had 5 adults and 2 teens, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Place was absolutely beautiful and clean beds were so clean comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with many amenities that you would need it was a very nice place the only thing we ran out of toilet paper there was only one in each bathroom and we couldn’t find

We fell in love with the river front. I left wanting to have more time down at the lounge chairs. Enjoyed having a campfire! It was close to both of my sisters in Crystal Lake! My sister wants to buy the cabin! lol Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

This was the perfect place for senior siblings and their spouses to reconnect over St. Patrick’s Day weekend. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we enjoyed the large dining and living room areas with windows looking out on the river. Our host Kathleen was very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a girls weekend getaway! We loved how everything was in walking distance and we could easily come and go as we were shopping around Lake Geneva to drop off our goodies. The big kitchen table was amazing for sharing meals, playing games and just sitting around enjoy some great chats! Highly recommend Bill's place for your next stay in downtown Lake Geneva!

The apartment had everything we needed. It was walkable to restaurants, had everything we needed to cook, had a very thorough binder with local suggestions. The apartment was cute and comfortable. Two things stood out to me that are very important when I stay at an air Bnb - it didn’t smell like fragrances or chemicals and the beds (and couch) were comfortable. After checking out I thought I had left something in the apartment and sharon was very responsive and helpful.

I stayed during Christmas. Larry put extra cookie sheets in the apt so that we could make & decorate cookies, a tradition with my kids, plus I put up a Christmas tree to! We felt right at home. The laundry machines are in the hallway making it convenient. Overall, I would stay again.

Steve was one of the best airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. Great communication, offered us early check-in, provided useful items on the property, and ensured we had everything we needed. We loved our stay and the location was perfect!

We really enjoyed our weekend at the Chain O’ Lakes Beach Penthouse and would definitely recommend it! The lake view from the large upper deck was stunning—sunsets over the water were a real highlight. The space was clean, matched the listing, and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. There was even plenty of propane for the grill and fire table, which made hanging out in the evening really enjoyable. Even though the unit is above a beach bar, it wasn’t a problem. The music added a fun energy without being disruptive, and the vibe downstairs actually made the place feel lively in a good way. The neighborhood itself was quiet and welcoming, and even the neighbors were friendly. We appreciated the little touches like board and card games, and communication with the host was smooth—quick responses and easy check-in made everything simple. This place is great if you're looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway with a social atmosphere nearby. We'd happily stay again!

Perfect location, located in a very quiet neighborhood, that was easily walkable to all of our destinations. The house was perfect for a quiet, fun girl's weekend. We all loved how comfy everything was. Great quality sheets, clean home, plenty of space. Brennan gave local recommendations prior to our trip which was super helpful for planning!

A very nice and peaceful place. The beds were comfortable, great pillows, overall a great place. The portable fans were a bonus! The backyard is inviting and quiet. We very much enjoyed the home. We just spent 4 nights at this location. We were in the area to celebrate the holidays with our kids and grandkids. Since it was winter and there was snow on the ground, we didn't use a lot of the outdoor amenities, but we could tell it would be amazing when the weather was nice. The house was perfect for our needs. It had nice sized rooms, two updated bathrooms, nicely equipped kitchen, a great view of the lake, and really good internet. I had a couple of questions when we arrived and Jenn responded very quickly. We will definitely consider staying there again when we are in the area for a multiple day stay.

We had a great weekend away at Michael's place in William's Bay. The house was very clean and comfortably furnished, we had everything we needed. Hot tub was well maintained, beds were comfortable, and there were several options for morning coffee. The location was great for us, close to several restaurants and cafes. I would absolutely book again.

La sala es súper acogedora, el comedor tiene una luz natural increíble con vista al lago, la verdad me hubiera encantado quedarme más tiempo para disfrutar de la comodidad brindada, y definitivamente siento que podrían ser más de 12 invitados así que creo que podría ser conversado con el propietario. Excelente lugar para compartir en familia al disfrute de los niños en la playa
