The Garden Cottage is centrally located in the Piedmont area of NC, being only 5 miles from Elon University, within 5 miles to most of Burlington area shopping and restaurants, 1.5 miles to I-85/40, 15 miles to Greensboro, 28 miles to High Point and 37 miles to Chapel Hill. This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath home, affectionately referred to as Patsy's Place, was built in 2017 and is perfect for a short stay or relaxing vacation. A long winding driveway leads to this private home that overlooks a three-acre pond. The heart of Greensboro is only twenty minutes away so you can enjoy the best of both worlds: getting in touch with nature or perusing local shops, dining, and entertainment.
