Our all inclusive cottage is located on the property where we live in a beautiful area first developed by the timber barons of the Northwest! Located with easy access to I-5, JBLM, American Lake, Lake Steilacoom, Gravelly Lake, the Tacoma Golf and Country Club, Chambers Bay, Lakewold Gardens, and Thornewood Castle...we’re a mile and a half off of I-5 and about a mile to Starbucks, Safeway, Chipotle and Target...

Private Cozy Lakewood Loft

The Lakewood Loft is a safe, private cozy studio guest room, with private entrance and parking. Take the stairs up to your room with comfy queen size bed, private bath with remodeled shower, and a desk to get your work done (wifi available). Enjoy use of the pool area during summer months (contact host for more information). This area is located close to Fort Steilacoom Park. So you will most likely catch a glimpse of wildlife from your window or balcony, including eagles, osprey, and deer.

Welcome to our comfortable, peaceful Gig Harbor area suite. While the delightful downtown of Gig Harbor and the beautiful Puget Sound are just a few minutes away, this location is great and convenient for exploring the South Sound area of Washington State. The apartment suite is a dedicated space in the brightly lit daylight basement of our home with its own parking and private entry. The neighborhood is well established with lovely, well cared for homes and beautiful surroundings.

The Fox Den is a stand-alone cabin, located in a quiet neighborhood on Fox Island. It's a 1-minute drive, or 10 minute walk to the public beach (Fox Island Sand Spit) *Update* The Fox Island Sandspit Park, will be closed for maintenance on September 22, 2025 and reopen by December 1, 2025. The Fox Island Fishing Pier is still open. (12-minute drive from the Fox Den) Dogs: Up to 1 well behaved dog, is allowed with extra pet fee of $25 per stay. (No Cats Please)

Like a charming chalet in the woods is the feel of this peaceful water view guest house above your garage. Gorgeous ocean views await for you and a balcony opens to the woods from your bedroom. Get away for a weekend or longer and enjoy this peaceful retreat with its stunning views of Mt. Rainier and the South Sound islands. The historic house has plenty of room to spread out and, comfortable spaces to gather together. Launch your kayaks (provided) from the private beach or dock, then paddle around and explore Filucy Bay. For fine dining (or just great, casual food), visit nearby Gig Harbor or stay and cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.
