Very beautiful place, it looked even better in person. The host was super friendly , really looked after us. Even sorted the football out on telly (big bonus) recommend me a good local hammam. Very pro active host I highly recommend this place. The location is good, high end food spots are close, clubs and bars not far. The big market is less than 10 mins away. I highly recommend the area. Will definitely stay here in the future.

J’ai réservé cet appartement la semaine dernière. À notre arrivée, nous l’avons trouvé en excellent état. C’est un appartement très luxueux, encore plus beau que sur les photos — rien à voir avec les images, la réalité est bien meilleure. Le lieu est très bien sécurisé et les gardiens sont chaleureux et accueillants. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout : pharmacie, épicerie, restaurants, cafés… La piscine est très propre. Nous avons trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait sur place : produits ménagers, serviettes, etc. Même le jour de notre arrivée, Rayan nous a acheté de l’eau et des capsules pour la machine à café. Tout était nickel. Rayan est vraiment gentil et toujours disponible pour nous aider. Il nous appelle régulièrement pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien. Franchement, c’est un appartement que je recommande les yeux fermés. Un hôte très professionnel et très accueillant.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Jerem per 5 giorni e tutto è stato fantastico! Jerem in primis è stato super disponibile, cordiale e attento. Appartamento molto pulito, spazioso e con due balconi perfetti. Attualmente ci sono case in costruzione intorno al palazzo, ma per chi come noi va per visitare ed esce in mattinata, neanche si accorgerà dei lavori! Zona super centrale, in pieno Gueliz! Super consigliato!!

Great place for a good price. Everything works. I was in a different airbnb before this, but half of the stuff did not work, however this place was well maintained and functional. The only downside I can think of is that there is noise from outside and the neighbourhood because the walls are thin.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Driss il est très bien situé il y a un supermarché juste en dessous très pratique pour le pain et les viennoiseries le matin. Il y a un bureau de change aussi. Il est à 8 min à pied de la gare du mc do, KFC…. L’aéroport est à seulement 7kms. Nous avons tous fait à pieds sauf la place Jemaa El fna parce que nous y sommes allés le soir avec 3 enfants de 6 à 10 ans donc nous avons privilégié le taxi mais elle est à 30min à pieds c’est faisable. L’appartement est calme il est côté cour un vrai plus quand on voit la circulation sur le boulevard principal. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce logement quand nous seront sur Gueliz. Un très bon rapport qualité /prix.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment, which offered a panoramic view of Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains! The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance of the medina and other sights. The views were a real highlight; waking up to that every day was such a treat, particularly on a clear day. Youssef was incredibly helpful, very communicative, and remarkably flexible, which made everything so easy and stress-free. He was always quick to respond and went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and needs. It truly made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakesh. A great spot, amazing views, and a fantastic host!!

Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

We had the loveliest stay at Riad Liana, located in the heart of the souk and old medina. Abdel was super helpful and Rachida made us delicious breakfast every morning. The roof terrace was a great spot and the plunge pool was an excellent addition. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Hem estat molt a gust a l’allotjament de la Henrianne, la comunicació amb ella també ha anat molt bé. La casa és molt maca i té totes les facilitats. Una menció especial per l’Aisha que ens ha cuidat molt bé, ens ha fet uns esmorzars i sopars molt bons i complerts i recomano a tothom que demani els seus serveis!

Très beau Riad, très bien placé à proximité des souks et de la place Jemaa el fna tout en étant au calme. Sandra et Alain sont très arrangeants à tous les niveaux, et font tout pour que le séjour se passe de la meilleure des façons. A recommander les yeux fermés

Parmi les Ryads que nous avons habités au Maroc, celui-ci était au-dessus de nos attentes. Le lieu était non seulement bien équipé, mais aménagé avec soin. La beauté des matériaux et des décorations ajoutait au confort de toutes les pièces de l’habitation. La disponibilité et la gentillesse d’Omar furent très appréciées. Bref un oasis de sérénité dans la cohue de Marrakech. Merci!

Замечательный риад, атмосферный, в духе Марокко. Очень приятная хозяйка риада, очень вкусно готовила местные блюда. Риад находится в самом центре Медины, старого города, до основных достопримечательностей удобно добираться пешком. Для компании, большой семьи отличный вариант. К сожалению, не смогли воспользоваться бассейном, было прохладно. Но вид он создавал очень классный.

I only stayed for one night but this rental will go into my favorites for another time when I return to Marrakech. It is 6 minutes drive and about 25 minutes walk to the Airport. It is a pleasant neighborhood with many small stores and restaurants. Parking is free on the street and easy to find. The building complex is both quiet and lively. The apartment looks cool. The living room is next to the kitchen, good for talking stories while you make dinner. Living room has nice TV with active netflix account. Internet is fast and stable, modem inside the apartment connected with ethernet cable. There is an AC in the livingroom and one in one of the bedrooms. The beds sleep well. Extra blankets are present. Shutters close completely for dark and peaceful sleep. Washingmachine with (outside) drying rack present. Kitchen is stocked with things to cook. Also some spices, sugar, kettle, oven all new and well maintained. Self checkin instructions are easy through whatssapp. Kind host.

Situé à l’intérieur d’un domaine privé le logement était très confortable avec l’accès à la piscine depuis la terrasse l’emplacement parking devant la résidence et la proximité de la médina le logement était parfait. A refaire sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé. La décoration est élégante, digne d’un bel hôtel, et tout est parfaitement meublé avec goût. L’endroit était d'une propreté irréprochable, très agréable à vivre. Sa proximité immédiate avec la gare ferroviaire est un vrai plus pour les voyageurs par train, et le quartier de Gueliz est facilement accessible à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un séjour confortable et pratique à Marrakech.

The apartment is spotless and amazing, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

Super mooi appartement, en Hagar is super behulpzaam met alles, stond gelijk klaar voor al onze vragen, dacht super lief mee en was altijd bereikbaar. Je hoeft niet te twijfelen over dit appartement.

Appartement avec deux SDB, linges de lit et serviettes en supplément, piscine au pied de l’immeuble. Je reviendrai c’est sur.

Que dire, tout est top: l hote , sa reactivité, sa disponibilité, la residence, la propreté , la déco , la qualité de la literie, la terrase etc... Je reviendrais ;-)
