Stunning Riad with gardens that not only look beautiful but sound and smell beautiful. A great location offering a spot of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of he city. It was lovely to met Samae who cooked us an absolutely delicious meal, kindly catering for a vegan and children as well. Fully recommend.

Thank you so much to Touria and Jamal for accommodating us at such short notice. I think we booked with less than 12 hours notice and yet they managed to get the house clean and ready for us to check-in and greeted us with a Moroccan breakfast. We felt very welcome. The villa is beautiful, spacious and in a very quiet and secure neighbourhood. Our honest feeling is that it was nicer than the photos! Jamal was our point person and he was always available and always responded to any queries very quickly. This was and is very much appreciated.

We had great 5 Nights at the House of Figs. The location, the house and first and foremost the hosts made it a memorable stay in the beautiful old town of Fes. We found it the perfect base to explore Fes and around. Also great to relax and chill on the lovely roof terrace. Anne and Ian were most helpful and knowlegable from A-Z.

We very much enjoyed our time in Fez and at Mohammed`s place. It is a beautiful traditional old house, with well preserved interior. Right in the middle of the old city. Ideal for our group of 6 visiting the city for several days. It is quite a challenge to find your way through narrow streets, but Mohammed was kind enough and arranged the transport from the train station and a guide for last 10 minutes of the journey, through the maze of the small streets. Mohammed and his sister were very helpful. Greeted us on our arrival and helped to make our time in Fez enjoyable - helping with tips for the places to see, arranging a certified (and knowledgable) guide, sharing the history of the city ... .

I had an incredible stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touches that made me feel at home. Whether you’re visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this apartment is a fantastic choice. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We loved our stay at Naima's apartment. Very spacious, clean, and just as described. Naima was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The location was great, in a nice area, surrounded by great restaurants, and within walkable distance to mosques and Burj Fes Mall. The only slight inconvenience was that it took about ~3-5 minutes for the shower to get hot water. However, Naima had informed us about that before we arrived so five stars for communication. Overall, we loved our stay, definitely recommend Naima's apartment, and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent accueil de Mr Taoufik qui nous a gentiment reçu. La villa est très propre, la literie de bonne qualité et le quartier paisible.

Todo Genial!! El anfitrión estuvo en todo momento atento a nuestras solicitudes. El apartamento es muy muy grande y confortable. La situación del mismo es perfecta en el centro. La entrada al edificio algo sucia y descuidada pero nada que ver con el interior del apartamento.

Elegant and spacious apartment in very peaceful neighborhood. Host was super friendly. Lot of amenities and beautiful lighting inside the place.

I've stayed in several Airbnbs in Fes and this one is very good value. A very spacious and stylish apartment. Well-stocked kitchen but only a small pair of hot plates for cooking when I stayed there. Very clean bathrooms with a powerful shower. Fast and strong wi-fi throughout the apartment. Balcony which catches the evening sun and a terrace space on the roof. Good location with plenty of hanoots, patisseries, grocers and a supermarket nearby. Friendly and professional host. Highly recommended.

Hassane est un un hôte accueillant et très à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans sa maison bien entretenue. Nous avons pu profiter des alentours Meknès, Fès à moins de 30 min de route.

Franchement l'hôte samir une personne en or je n'est jamais eux un accueil aussi respectueux et serviable et l'endroit magnifique avec son couché soleil le petit village en face la villa bien située en hauteur avec son petit vent agréable avec cette chaleur au maroc , les enfants on kiffer la piscine et les bébés chats qui ci trouvé j'ai passé 1 mois que j'ai pas vu passé tellement j'étais bien et ce magnifique week-end au village avec la représentation des cavaliers de l'ancien temps a cheval et leurs fusil c'était quelque choses je mis attendait pas de voir sa ici des 100 ene de cheveux ci ces pas plus le spectacle était tout ce que j'aime du maroc et de son histoire moi je recommande a 100% et abusé pas de la gentillesse des gens car l'hôte ne veux que votre bien donc respecter car j'ai connus des rbnb ou tout et factures et samir et pas a des vaisselle près et chaque problème a sa solution voilà sa mentalité a bientôt inchallah Mr samir et merci pour tout .

Un séjour parfait ! L’hôte était très accueillant et attentionné, le logement impeccable, propre et conforme à la description. L’emplacement était idéal et tout était prévu pour un confort optimal. Je recommande vivement et reviendrai avec plaisir.

Très bon séjour en famille chez Younes qui est disponible à tout moment et très réactif, la maison était à la hauteur de nos attentes, spacieuse et bien situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé gardé 24/24 par des gardiens et à proximité de toute commodités. Logement parfait pour un séjour en famille. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente. L’hôte est une bonne personne qui se souciera de votre confort, vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés. Yassine.

Belle villa , bon emplacement et hôte très accueillant très gentille

Great place for us, on our way to the inner backlands of Morocco. Lots of clean rooms, with their own bathroom. Some accessed via the outside, but fine in this climate. Picked up friend from the airport which is closeby. No problems with busy city's, so was a good place to stay. Enjoyed it.

Logement très propre, conforme à la description. L’hôte (zouhir) a été extrêmement réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement !
