La piscine est un plus et nos enfants en ont bien profité. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir pu bénéficier de ce logement réservé en dernière minute. Merci encore pour tout.

My friends & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was safe & I appreciate all of the parking available. The entire house was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were stocked with extra toilet paper & plenty of soap. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. I wanted to especially thank Eitay & Danielle for going the extra mile to make sure that the pool was heated. I wish the pool was hotter, but we had so much fun in the pool regardless. Eitay & Danielle were very kind & attentive hosts. I highly recommend this place to everyone & I would book again!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. :)

Amazing hole, great host highly recommended.

My family of 6 stayed for a quick vacation for a family event at the Beverly Hills hotel. This Airbnb was perfect and centrally located. We went shopping one day at The Grove, which is always a fun time. It was fun taking morning walks and looking at all the beautiful homes. There’s a cute French bakery within walking distance from the house named La Provence Patisserie & Cafe. It has a huge variety from full breakfast and lunch plus yummy bakery items. Deborah was very responsive during our stay.

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

Great location for our adventures at Universal Studios. Easy to get Ubers and close to the airport. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at Patrese's wonderful home. Everything was great, check in was easy, the home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen and bathroom made my wife happy. The little amount of time we actually spent at the house was mostly on the nicely furnished and landscaped back patio, we even fired up the BBQ. I would book this home again and recommend it to the Airbnb community. Thanks Patrese.

Een mooi huis in een prima wijk. De winkels zijn op loopafstand. Wel een drukke weg langs het huis. Fijn dat er zelfs voor een grote auto parkeerplek is achter het hek. Instructies zijn duidelijk en via de app van airbnb kregen we snel reactie bij vragen. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het zwembad was nog te koud in april, maar de jacuzzi was binnen een half uur heerlijk warm en daar hebben we van genoten. Zeker een aanrader om te verblijven.

We had a very peaceful stay overlooking Woodland Hills. The home was convenient to our activities just to the east. While we were at the house, we took advantage of the terrific deck and the surrounding hiking trails. The house had everything we needed for our short stay.

We have stayed in many AirBNB's. This one stood out amongst the others. What do we look for?...Cleanliness and upkeep. We want to feel that we are 'home away from home'. Clean/ tidy/ well maintained and up to date. Little accents like: Brita water purifier, comfy bath mats, comfortable bed, washer/ dryer, linens were fresh, soft toilet paper (that matters, you know!). Nice neighborhood to take walks, right up from Sunset Blvd where you can dine or have a late nite drink. Quiet. Need I say more? Jeremy was responsive and friendly. Since our son lives down the block, we will be returning... Thanks, Jeremy!

Perfect spot for our group. Can’t beat a clean, comfortable house with 3 beds in a central location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The unit was absolutely lovely; quiet, peaceful, comfortable, and with extra amenities to enjoy (hot tub, BBQ, sauna, full kitchen in unit). Host was friendly and supportive along with quick to responses to questions and communications. The area has a variety of restaurants and shopping for any needs along with easy access to the beach, greenbelt/park, and is very close to LAX. It fit my need perfectly for a 'study retreat'. It truly was a pleasurable stay. Thank You!

Natalys place was an exactly what we saw in the photos. Close to the freeway in a quiet neighborhood parking garage was a big plus.

Pictures do not do the view justice. The view from the master bedroom was breath taking to wake up to in the morning. We spent 4 nights as a family with 2 young adult children. We enjoyed our time here so much that we opted to have most meals at home rather than eating out. Thank you for the sweet memories that we will cherish for a lifetime!

Stephen and Brian were wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home and we could not rate them highly enough. Pantry and fridge were well stocked which made our very tired selves so happy after a very long trip and we had a little welcome bottle of bubbles which made us feel very special. Rarely see such generosity in Airbnb's today - it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities were of a high standard. We felt very private in the accommodation but so well located to places we wanted to see and to stores and restaurants. Both Stephen and Brian were very friendly and helpful and only too keen to help us if required. So good!

Amazing private little house was perfect for my girlfriend and I during our 4 night stay! The place felt right at home, very accurate description and squeaky clean! I would definitely try to stay here again next time and could not recommend it enough. The driveway was narrow as described, but it was no problem driving in and out with a Toyota Camry.

Great spot for families/friends to stay but only up to 8 people. Lots of space and all the things you need in the kitchen. Very comfortable.

This was the perfect house for our family. While we were there, I had ordered something from Amazon, didn’t think much of it. Then after we got home, we ordered something again and it went to that address we were staying at. We called the owner and they went over there right away to pick up the package. It was an iPad, so it was a little nerve-racking but they got it and returned it for us right away, so that was a huge relief! They were amazing hosts and will definitely be returning! It was so fun to look at the birds, owls, woodpecker, squirrels, and hummingbird!! All in the back yard! The piano was extra special because I haven’t played since I was little and learning new songs. It was really fun! It was extra fun to have two big tubs that the whole and family got to enjoy! Great hosts!!!

Charles house had all you need. We are a family with a disabled person, so not having to go upstairs in the house was great. There a few steps outside but they were manageable. Location was perfect for us. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and even the beach. Would highly recommend. It had a cute back house also which was great for our travel companion. A great place to stay I highly recommend.

Enjoyed the stay. Very clean and spacious enough for us ( 2 adults 3 kids). beds were comfy. the kitchen was a plus even tho we didn't use it. I think if your looking for a kitchen this Airbnb would be a good fit. I'm new to LA so wasn't too sure about the neighborhood but it felt safe. And gate on property also made it safe. quiet location.
