Also conveniently located within walking distance Pacific Fair shopping centre and the Broadbeach shopping and dining precinct. A very short walk to the Gold Coast bus and light rail system! The 700 bus along the Gold Coast Highway offers direct transportation services to Coolangatta, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Mermaid and the Broadbeach South station is in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The G:Link light rail, also located at the Broadbeach South station directly in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, will easily and quickly transport you to the most popular areas of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Southport. If you are travelling from Coolangatta Airport Mermaid 24 is about 25 minutes via Taxi/Uber or by Bus take Number 777 to the Mermaid Beach stop. Mermaid 24 is located within an original 1960's apartment complex on the beachside of Mermaid Beach, being at the back of the complex you have access to the beach via the back easement. Hillview Highland Cows-Nestled on a small ridge Hillview Dairy circa 1887 overlooks the stunning escarpment of Mt Tallebudgera, Currumbin Creek and the farming Valley landscape. Over a hundred years the Old Dairy Bales has sat as part of the fabric of a thriving Dairy Farm in the spectacular Gold Coast Hinterland. This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

A number of funky restaurants/cafes are only a short two minute walk or walk ten minutes either north or south to find one of our local surf clubs where you can enjoy a drink or a meal overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
