Lovely area close to some really nice hikes, and a lovely town with bar a restaurants near by too, looks exactly like the photos! And the beds were extremely comfortable.

Denise is een zeer klantvriendelijke host. Zij reageert direct op vragen en berichten en denkt in oplossingen. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer goed onderhouden. In het dorp zelf valt niet veel te beleven, maar in de buurt zijn voldoende dorpen en steden waar je je kunt vermaken. Denise heeft op een groot bord in de keuken aangegeven wat er in de buurt te doen is en wat de reistijd is naar diverse steden en activiteiten welke je in de omgeving kunt doen. Heel erg handig! We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad In Pentrebach.

Lovely stay, the house is lovely and location is perfect as I was using the train station. Despite being so close the the station you don’t even notice it. Host were lovely and when I had a problem operating the heating they were over within 20 minutes and found the issue and fixed it. Would 100% recommend.

Keiran was a great host very helpful fast to respond great accommodation and a great area. Will definitely stay one in the area again.

Stayed here while visiting Wales to play golf for six days. The property was immaculate and well-appointed, and the layout was perfect. It was lovely to relax in the evening in front of the log burner or in the hot tub. The property is in a great location to explore all that South Wales has to offer, and I would highly recommend it. Chris was a great host and very helpful throughout our stay.

Had a lovely time walking in the Brecon Beacons. This was a great base and a lovely house to come back to. We didn't have a car with us, but found it very convenient. It's within walking distance of the Brecon Mountain railway and there's a bus that can take you closer to Pen Y Fan. Great hosts, very clear communication and the house had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great place to stay for a larger group, good parking outside, lovely rooms and bathrooms, big enough space for everyone and a lovely place to stay with a fantastic pub pretty much opposite.

A beautiful, well-appointed large flat in a quiet area. We were not great walkers but found it easy to get to and from the town centre by bus. So good to have an off road parking space too as the surrounding roads are full of parked cars. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Liz's and would highly recommend if you're ever in Cardiff. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and we made use of it. I was also able to do some work with a desk and good internet connection. it was wonderfully decorated and we found ourselves distracted by all the artwork surrounding us. Liz was a fantastic host and we'd recommend to anyone.

We stayed in The Schoolroom in Barbrook, North Devon – a stunning historical building that's been beautifully renovated. The space was once an old schoolroom, and you can really feel the history all around. Our hosts, Carolynn and Roland, were absolutely wonderful. So friendly, welcoming, and available whenever we needed anything. We ended up chatting loads during our short stay and honestly felt more like we were visiting friends than staying with hosts. Carolynn even arranged a lovely local dog sitter for us, which was so thoughtful and kind. The Schoolroom itself was peaceful, spotlessly clean, and finished to a really high standard – underfloor heating, a spa-like bathroom, log fire, comfy bed with soft sheets, and all the home comforts you could want. The location is incredibly quiet, with the soothing sound of a river just outside, and a fantastic dog-walking path right along the riverbank. It’s also very dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. A truly memorable experience.

We had a lovely stay here, peaceful tranquil surroundings. The lamb and goat kids were so cute to watch in the evenings. Host also extremely helpful. Lots of good recommendations we didn't have enough time to see them all! Super friendly. Will certainly return again

We had a great stay, the flat has all you need. it’s spacious and bright. Very close to the town and sea. Very well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Information and communication with Pascale was excellent. The sea front, local bars, restaurants and the steam railway station were all an easy walk away. There was plenty to see and do in the local area as well as further afield.

Our second stay at the cwtch. It’s a lovely cosy spot perfect for exploring the surrounding coast and tourist attractions. Rob is a fantastic host. Always helpful and the Welsh cakes were fabulous.

Maxine's place was warm, spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—including a first aid kit, which was super helpful when I took a tumble on my morning run! Maxine was a fantastic host and we’re definitely planning to come back soon.

Such a lovely stay at Lakeside Lodge, the surroundings were beautiful and our host Andrew went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Stunning lake one side of the lodge and stunning views of the hilly countryside the other (both visible from the view in the hot tub) really could not have asked for anything more for a chilled girls trip. Could have stayed there forever!

I have to come clean - I am an enthusiast of Penarth, the architecture of the town, the community feel, and everything about the place. Sarah's place, being among the oldest houses in the town, was a must for all the things I was looking for. Sarah herself is friendly and has clearly put a lot of herself into the house. My journey time to Penarth could have been subject to delays, being more than 500 miles... but we had good communication and met up without difficulty at the house. All in all, the house was cosy and well appointed. It also was a great base for strolling into Penarth Town centre and even, across the barrage, to Butetown and even Cardiff. I would thoroughly recommend Sara's house for your stay.

Really enjoyed staying here for a hen party. The property was as described and the photos represented it well. The only downside was the bunk beds were smaller than we anticipated. Anyone over 5ft will struggle to sleep comfortably in these beds as they are shorter than a standard bed.
