They operated Brockert's Plumbing business in the back of the building. And at the end of the day, they're apartment located at the front corner of the building was there place to rest and relax after a long day of work, hence, the "Cozy Corner". This place has been updated with all new furniture and appliances.

Come enjoy this peaceful, quiet oasis close to the Pinal Mountains and Historic Downtown Globe. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and plenty of room for trucks/trailers.
