Perfect location! 4 minute walk from the beach! Lots of fun bars--I really enjoyed the Clevelander. There is some noise from construction. Friendly staff on the premises. Fridge, microwave, stove, and even paper towels, plates, bowls, silverware, and a few cooking utensils. Really great stay! Really excellent! I just got back home and already wish I was back there! It was more than expected! It is definitely a great apartment, nice view, easy to get around and the host very responsive. It was a plus to have the swimming pool and the gym available for the airbnb guests. I enjoyed this during my stay. I will stay here next time I visit Miami.

I was very impressed by this condo! Very clean, very spacious, and the views were phenomenal! It's also centrally located with easy access to the freeway, the airport, Miami Beach, Little Havana as well as tons of great restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Kat was wonderful and very attentive. Overall, highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the space. The decor was charming and made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic—just a short to local cafes and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. Rodrigo and Alejandra was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions for check-in and being readily available for any questions I had. I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Overall, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay!

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

We had a wonderful family stay in Miami, and this beautiful Airbnb played a big part in it. The property is impeccably maintained, with great attention to detail and a clear sense of care from the owner. The host was exceptionally responsive—above and beyond what we expected. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant, with a large supermarket just 3 minutes away by car. It’s also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to downtown and the beach. Highly recommended!

Overall, location was great, and really walkable to much of the city. Checking in and out of the house was a breeze! The beds were very comfortable and place appeared generally well maintained upon our arrival. Kitchen was a little short on quality and quantity of pots & pans to cook with, and state of the hanging shelf was a little disconcerting, but tableware and utensils were sufficient.

It was a clean and cool environment and Scott was definitely then host with the most What is the most you ask he has a free rental And If you boss send adventure packages he Reimburse you on them😳😳😳 I’ve never seen a host have theses Type of Amenities in my life …Scott you the man💯💪

Tous s'est très bien passé, Viki est très réactive! Ayant eu un problème de wi-fi, elle a réglé mon problème dans les 5min. Du a une très forte pluie, le mur de la fenêtre a été endommagée légèrement mais elle a mis quelqu'un sur le problème en rien de temps. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir, merci Viki!

I just finished my second stay at this beautiful apartment in Miami, and once again, it was an absolute delight! Renting from the same host for the second time felt like coming back to a familiar, welcoming home. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated to enjoy all that Miami has to offer, from nightlife to stunning beaches.The apartment was, as always, impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a bright, airy feel that instantly puts you at ease. We did encounter a minor hiccup with the door lock this time, but the host was fantastic—quick to respond and incredibly helpful in sorting it out, making the whole experience stress-free.Everything about this stay was wonderful.We’re already looking forward to our next visit—this place has become our go-to spot in Miami. Micaela was the best host I’ve ever had! She was accommodating to my early and late checkout. She was responsive whenever I needed something, for example the tv wasn’t working great and we were in contact to fix that immediately. It was the perfect stay and all place is great! Amazing views, perfect space for a getaway. Ocean beach chairs, two gorgeous pools and beautiful amenities. Plus, we had fun playing Tennis!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful place. The views are gorgeous. The location is outstanding. The place is beautiful, clean, light, functional, very well equipped and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need for a very comfortable stay. Their communication was excellent. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a memorable stay in Brickell.

We enjoyed our time. The unit was clean and as described. Our son loved the pool and the view of the beach was amazing. Note there is a club on the beach next door.

Irene’s son, Richard was very helpful with getting us checked in. He happened to be at the building on the day of our check in and took time to show us around the building as well as provide a run down of the surrounding area. Richard was very responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating even going as far as to provide a flexible check out time due to our evening flight. Beach chairs were available in the closet as well as plenty of clean towels which were very useful during our stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying at Irene and Richard’s condo; you can’t beat it!
