Standouts inside include exposed beams and a Smart TV. Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private, whimsical, side patio with charcoal grill, great front porch, and super quiet area. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
