Cottage was as described, cosy and clean. Rain prevented us from making use of deck area, but outlook from inside cottage was still lovely. We enjoyed going out to local restaurants for dinner and coming back to cosy warm cottage and indulging in some Netflix etc. We loved the fact that the cottage is on a rural property, but was less than 10 minutes drive to Armidale and its many lovely restaurants and cafes, one morning we were even visited by some kangaroos.

We had a beautiful time! We didn’t spend much time at the BnB since we were out exploring — it’s super close to everything! It has all the great facilities you’d need if you just wanted to stay in, including dinnerware, a cooktop, and a COFFEE MACHINE! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and everything was super clean, tidy, and spacious. Jennifer is so lovely and created an amazing stay for us!

Great location, use of pool was extremely appreciated as it was very humid weather. Walk to cares & restaurants & large grocery store. Brewery music. Good road into Coffs Harbour, watch out for radar. If you are doing speed limit haven’t any worries. Butter Factory Restaurant great for lazy relaxed meals. Great menu. River walkable for a refreshing swim. Bed very comfortable, slept very well.

We found Christine's place to be the perfect beach shack for a relaxing holiday in beautiful Seal Rocks. The welcome pack was very generous. Terrific place.

Had an amazing stay at Medowie thanks to Tania! She was friendly and gave excellent local recommendations. The guest house had all the amenities and extras in the bathroom cupboards and kitchen pantry that you might need! The place was spotless and the pool was lovely. Tania was a fantastic host and great to chat to, thinking I might book in again later in the year just to enjoy the space and her hospitality again! Highly recommend to anyone thinking of going to this area.

Kerry is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever known. Thanks for all the help during the stay. The cottage was so nice and tidy, and my friends were so love with the big screen in the living room and outside born-fire setting. We had a wonderful short night at Kerry’s place. And its location was also so close to the hot ballooning place, around 25mins drive away. I will 10000% definitely recommend this to my friends when they wanna have a trip to hunter valley. Shout out to Kerry and her son!!!

I had a wonderful week staying in Gail's cabin. It was the perfect base to go biking in the national park and also for enjoying the beautiful rainforest location. The cabin had everything I needed including beautiful fresh bread and eggs and the best coffee. A perfect location for someone travelling alone or for a couple who want to unwind, enjoy nature but still be close to the beaches and towns such as Urunga and Sawtell. I cannot recommend this stay enough. A friendly host, great amenities and the best location.

Loved my stay! Great amenities - well maintained space with fun and functional tech across all spaces. Doody & Robert were responsive and helpful hosts. I also loved that it's in walking distance of the Sunday farmer's markets - the weekend I went it was bucketing down, but still well worth popping down for a quick explore. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Newcastle! 😊

We stayed at Britt’s place for a couple of nights. It was a prefect fit for us, a family of three with a young child. The apartment with terrace is spacious and offers a lot of privacy, the kitchen is well equipped and has everything for day to day. We visited to experience Hunter Valley. A wealth of vineyards, cellar doors and fabulous restaurants and cafés are just a short drive away. We had an amazing time and will be back, when in Hunter Region!

Our stay at Karen's property was fabulous, just the right peaceful mini break that we so needed. The whole property is beautiful, peaceful, and well looked after, you can even have a few shots of golf. We all loved the pool such a nice added Bonus, we were there every day after going to the beach (or even before some days haha), it's lovely at night with the lights. The guest house is exactly as per the photos in the ad, actually, it feels a bigger space than the photos. The kitchen is well stocked to do some cooking if needed. Our 8 yo boy loved spending time with Zoey (their dog), who is just gorgeous and has such a lovely nature, he also really enjoyed being in charge of feeding the chickens and checking for eggs :-). Karen and Richard are lovely hosts, super accommodating and friendly but also respectful of your privacy, the perfect balance. It was a lovely stay and we hope we can be back soon, our son has already asked when we can go back. Thanks again Karen and Richard :-)

Beautiful home with a very stylish design. Loved the location which was both peaceful and suburban, and close to a mix of fun shops for clothing and trinkets, and Newcastle restaurants and cafes. Owners were responsive and helpful by message. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed the brief stay at Wally’s, it was quite and clean, well looked after place.

We absolutely loved our stay in Bellingen. This very cute little house was less than a ten minute walk from town, was spotlessly clean, very well decorated and was perfect for a long weekend. The kitchen was the best stocked that we have experienced. The reserve at the back was beautiful and it was very peaceful sitting on the back deck reading a book or for a nap in the sun. Dave and Miranda were both very friendly, responsive and great to deal with. We could not recommend this stay high enough!

We felt completely at home! The apartment is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail – modern, spotless, and incredibly cozy. Everything you could possibly need is provided, and the bed is super comfortable. Sarah was so kind and helpful, sharing great travel tips with us. We would love to come back – highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean a lot of personal touches. Separate kitchen & bathroom area to the bedroom. Nice linen. Warm and welcoming. Attention to detail. Coffee machine, chocolates and towel on the bed on arrival. Selection of nice teas. would highly recommend anyone passing through to stay here.

Robert’s Airbnb was outstanding. Loved the decor and the location to everything in Uralla. Easy check in and great communication, can’t wait to stay again

The afternoon Mark and I arrived was very rainy, but Nic was there to help us unload our kayak and we were able to leave it securely in the garage overnight. Megan and Nic’s place was perfect for our needs. Quiet and comfortable, and close to our family gathering. In the morning we left very early, and we were very grateful for Nic’s help again. Loved my stay here! Elizabeth let me leave my stuff in the accommodation in the morning (hours before check in), left lovely snacks and everything you need for breakfast in the unit, and was very kind and helpful. Elizabeth also offered me a lift to the train station cause the rain was so heavy and brought my washing to me when it was finished in the dryer (through the pouring rain). The accommodation is so cosy and actually feels a lot bigger than the photos indicate. The location is amazing, you’re barely 200 m to the beach, the best coffee spots in town (my opinion as a previous local) and some of the best pubs/ restaurants. I’ve stayed in loads of Airbnb’s and Elizabeth has got to be the kindest nicest host I’ve ever had.

we had a great stay and felt very comfortable. the place is light and airy with very efficient air con when a bit chilly. Well equipped but need to look in hall cupboards as well as kitchen for items as a quick tip. the 2nd bathroom is not inside the main accommodation but very close and easy to get too bed were very comfortable. the gardens are extensive and lively with pool and tennis court easily accessed when warmer etc. would definitely stay a again and recommend.

A beautifully designed and decorated studio, with great attention to detail. The studio is well located at very close proximity, walking distance to beautiful beaches, cafes and coastal walks. The place is spotless and made comfortable and welcoming, with lovely linen, a super comfy couch and bed. The studio has a great design, roomy with lots of natural light and a lovely outlook. The spa is a great luxury touch. we'd loved everything about this place!.
