Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

Our guesthouse was completely renovated in June 2020, complete with king sized bed, quartzite countertops and full-size sleeper sofa. LOCATION!! - it is an easy one block walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, pubs and shopping in Five Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.

Walk to the bars and restaurants of Normaltown, stroll down historic Boulevard, and enjoy the peace and quiet of an in-town neighborhood just 2 miles from downtown Athens and UGA's North Campus, including Sanford Stadium. The studio is on top of our newly built garage and features all-new furniture and linens, some vintage pieces, and work from local artists and photographers. The space is ideal for two adults. The fold-out loveseat is perfect for a child.
