Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden (with own small private area) & hot tub.

The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed that can become another double bed so that if required the lounge can convert to a third bedroom, thereby sleeping up to 5 people.
