Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

This is an upstairs unit please be aware there is a basement unit that is separate. 8 Min from Little Cottonwood Canyon and 15 Min from the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Parking in the garage, Enjoy Skiing, Hiking, Snowshoeing and so much more. We are 30 Min from downtown SLC. Located on a dead end street so it gives you privacy and peace and quiet. Access the the whole top floor 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Separate unit downstairs.

It's the ideal home base to get everywhere: 10 min to Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons, minutes away from several restaurants & downtown SLC, plus Park city is just a 35 min scenic drive up Parley's canyon. With sleeping for 4-6, one modest-sized 3/4 bathroom, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, it's a perfect place for a Salt Lake City getaway.
