We are settled on 9.5 acres which you are Welcome to roam. Farm dogs Klaus (Bernese/Aussie) and Pinkie (Dachsi) are friendly and keep busy with roaming the property. Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

Take a break to unwind in beautiful Cowichan Bay on Vancouver Island - about a 40 minute drive from Victoria BC. Our renovated (in June 2023) suite is at the end of a no-through road and is only a 5-10 minute walk into the village to a fabulous, organic craft bakery, artisan shops, restaurants, a museum, a pub, a small grocery/liquor store and a popular ice cream/candy store. Our 300 sq. ft. cottage is situated on a 2.5 acre property where we reside. The location is perfect for those who want to have a place to relax after exploring the local vineyards, farmers’ markets, parks, beaches and walking trails. The cottage’s style mimics that of the main house, which is about 60 feet away from the cottage. We respect your privacy, and will leave you to yourselves. We love meeting new people and are LGBTQ+ friendly!

Coastal Garden Guest Suite

The guest suite features a private entrance with a bed, kitchenette and a bathroom in the first room. A small bodywork studio next to it can be used for more sleeping space, and the den next to it features a woodstove and 2 more sofa beds. There is a covered deck with a BBQ, a fire pit, a hot tub, sauna, and a shower/steam room outside. The yard is very private so you can enjoy yourselves at all hours.

Shawnigan Lake Private Oasis

We are a 15 minute walk from the ever-quaint Shawnigan Village, and Government Dock, where you can take in a scenic walk along our gorgeous lake. Enjoy a soak in your ultra-private, outdoor clawfoot tub/shower and take in the evening stars! Follow it up with a drink by the outdoor fire table and a Netflix marathon in the cozy living room. Be our guest and leave rejuvenated and refreshed!
