Very close proximity to ATV trails/Pilot Program in season. Our cabin is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore! Our cabin is one of our OFFSITE getaways to our Potter County Family Campground! A/C Available!

Our beautiful cabin is conveniently located within a few miles of prime fishing, snowmobiling trails, hunting, hiking, swimming, horseback riding, sightseeing, amazing star gazing and more! Nearby attractions include the Cherry Springs State Park, Lumber Museum, Lyman Run State Park & Lyman Lake, and Cherry Spring Country Store!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Fully furnished kitchen, deck with gas grill, H-Def TV/WiFi, campfire pit (wood provided). Sleeps eight. HUNTERS: 75 acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Carney’s Country Escape

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.

Cabin features 3 bedroom 2 bath. All new flooring through our entire camp. Bathrooms updated with handicap height toilets. WIFI plus good Verizon cellular service. Large deck on the front for relaxing. Amazing star gazing right from the yard.
