This is a bang for your buck place. Has a store just beside it that offers almost everything (even sells brush that can be used for grilling 😂). Host and caretaker is very responsive. It's a bit difficult to park, but caretaker helped us out to maneuver. When we experienced an emergency, they were attentive and responsive, checking on us every now and then. Though, I suggested that they post a list of emergency number in the units they own specially that the municipal emergency response is really topnotch! Overall, even if our stay were hampered by an unfortunate situation of our own doing, we could say that we enjoyed the place we rented. Thank you and hope to return here again.

This place is great it is cozy and it really feels like you are at home. I think for its price it is fair to have extra items that guest can use for convenience. i.e., microwave oven. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

SO GOOD!! When we arrived, we got a warm welcome and were offered a drink. The owner is very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, we could choose whatever we wanted and she’d bring it to our terrace in the morning. The homestay itself is big, clean and had everything we needed. We loved our stay 🥰

The place was great. Very clean and orderly. The price was affordable. The host was very accomodating and kind. I highly recommend this place to stay at when you visit Calapan. This is your home away from home.

Amazing home on Ocam ocam beach with a huge pool, ocean a few steps away, and friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the combo of making our own food, having their cook provide options, and ordering delivery from the 2 local restaurants. The huge pool encourages guests from other rooms to interact, and we left with more friends than we arrived with. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The owner had impeccable communication and went to great lengths before our stay to restore their Starlink connection which had broken before we arrived. She was upfront about this via messaging and they managed to get another router fast tracked from Manila and it was restored before we arrived which was impressive. Very calm ocean in front, lovely to swim and snorkel, bring reef shoes fir walking over some sea grass to get to the snorkeling. Our upstairs unit was exactly as advertised, with amazing sunset views every day. Recommended!

The host is very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The house is complete with amenities, did not need to buy toiletries, water, etc. The host had it all prepared . Would definitely book here again, if we’re going back to the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my 2nd stay at Phil's listings. As usual, Sir Phil is always responsive to my queries. His assistants were kind and were able to assist us with our needs like extra towels, cups, garbage bags etc.. Checking in and out are smooth. The unit were we stayed are complete with amenities. I don’t know where to begin. The place is beautiful! They ultimately had me at the view. The caretakers onsite are wonderful and very hospitable. My family really enjoyed our stay. It was so hard to leave. The view, the stars, the friendly dogs, the boat tour guides, each island we visited, the sunrise, our drivers, the clean house…. They were all excellent!! There were 13 of us total and you have to pay between 200-350 pesos per person for every island you visit which could end up being costly but I guess you pay for an intimate uncrowded island which I prefer anyway. I would definitely come back to this place again!

Hannah’s place was perfect for our stay in Puerto Princessa - close to the airport for our late arrival and just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the main city to be a peaceful respite. Easy to get a tuk tuk from right out the front to go where we needed. The house was just as described and had everything we needed. The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep so be aware (felt almost like a ladder). Pool onsite is expensive so we didn’t use it which is a shame (didn’t see one person in it and it was very hot and humid). Thank you Hannah, your place is great and we would highly recommend. 🙏

This place is highly recommended! Peaceful and private. We stayed here for 2 nights and the owner, Ms. Christine was so responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and matched what was described! My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!🙂
