I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. 築約100年の京町家を少しモダンに改修しました。 昭和の面影と共に元医院だった我が家の歴史を少し感じていただける家です。 小さな庭と古いピアノがあります。 家は二階建ですが、お貸しできるのは完全に独立した一階部分(約66平米)です。玄関は独立しており、庭の一部もゲスト専用です。 東寺から徒歩3分、京都駅からタクシーで5分、徒歩20分で、街の中心、観光スポットへの交通の便も良い場所です。 ＊ページに最初に表示される料金はお1人で使用される場合の料金です。(日により料金は変わります)　2人様以上の場合、お１人につき3800円の追加料金をいただいております。 また京都市では宿泊税が徴収されていますが、当施設での宿泊税、ゲスト1人1泊400円は、表示される宿泊費に含まれています。 現在週割、月割実施中です(カレンダーでご確認下さい)。カレンダーがブロックされている日でもご予約が可能な日がありますので、まずお問い合わせください。

Located in Miyagawacho, one of Kyoto’s traditional geisha districts, on a quiet lane often considered among the most beautiful streets in the city. The house was originally a teahouse, a more refined type of building than a typical machiya and closely tied to geisha culture. Many original details remain, including a rare Hako-kaidan staircase crafted about 150 years ago.
