About 30 minutes from Gore Mountain ski resort and Garnet Hill nordic center. A multitude of hiking trails accessible all year round. Schroon Lake village also provides shopping, eateries and other services.

Relax and refresh in our studio apartment after an exhilarating day on the slopes, whitewater rafting on the Hudson, or a less vigorous pursuit. This cozy hideaway, nestled in timber, feels a little like sleeping in a tree house. Located on a quiet and peaceful road with views of Gore Mountain and the Hudson River, it is 5 minutes to the base of Gore Mountain Ski Area and 3 minutes to downtown North Creek with restaurants and shopping. Your Adirondack adventure starts and ends here!

We serve a complementary breakfast In our common dining room. Other meals can be arranged so you can relax after a long day hiking, snowshoeing,skiing. Pet sitting available. Tons of fun locally and central ask location . After 2 people there is an extra fee of $50 per person per day.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and private apartment in the heaven on earth that is Schroon Lake. We have traveled around the globe, staying in a myriad of vacation rentals. ***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. 4x4 recommend Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. Over the years guests have started a "Take a Beer Leave a Beer" tradition. Pets Welcome! CHECK IN 4PM - 8PM Wood for sale on site! $10 Large wood bundles

Adirondacks, 15 min. to Gore Mt.

Adirondack mountain retreat sits on lake Winslow Homer. A small private body of water. Kayaks,cornhole boards included. Near by revolution rail, white water rafting, tubing, stone bridge & caves, hiking trails, gore mountain. Local public beach is a 7 min drive. Outdoor Fire pit, wood sold on site. Charcoal grill (Charcoal not provided). NO PETS. NO Air-conditioning. There will be a $50 fee for any guest that shows up early or checks out late.

Adirondack summer is just around the corner. Whether you come for the rafting or hiking, swimming or kayaking, you'll find endless outdoor adventure not far from the cabin door. In the evening, enjoy the comfort of the screened room or move outside to the campfire circle, watch the stars come out and listen for a local barred owl. Whatever you choose, you'll take home wonderful memories and enjoy excellent hospitality in the high peaks.

Camp Adirondack

Want to feel disconnected? This is our cabin. The cabin is a beautiful country space in between two small ponds. There are various animals described as well as a mountain to hike and kayaks. There are dozens of recommendations on places to go, all you have to do is ask. There isn't electricity, but there is a shower as well as clean drinking water, a stove and grill as well as an out house. It's The True Adirondack Experience.
