You will be located within 1 mile of Cal Poly and Downtown SLO, tucked between two beautiful mountains, Bishops Peak and Madonna Mountain. Access to the rear of Madonna Mountain hiking is 1/8 mile walk up the street. Grocery stores and coffee shops within 1/3 of a mile away and beautiful beaches are within a 15 minute drive North or South.

Downtown Bungalow

This is a very cute studio near cal poly/ downtown San Luis Obispo. The unit is VERY small but comfortable and cozy. It is the back unit of a main house so it is preferred that guests are respectful. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and tv (no microwave and only a small fridge).The bed is lofted and very comfortable. We do our absolute best to try and accommodate the needs of guests while they are staying in the bungalow. We advertise exactly what the unit is.
