Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

We had a great time in Kansas City to see the Paul Simon concert. Caleb's place was extremely clean and comfortable. The city was very walkable from Caleb's place and we walked everywhere. Tons of good restaurants and bars were available to us by foot. It was a great trip!

Great stay! We will definitely be back. Right next door to a Walgreens that sells adult beverages and any other basics you may need. Close to a lovely breakfast spot, Cozy Corner, and the apartment was in a safe and diverse neighborhood. We had a blast!

Feels like staying with a friend. Any issue and the contact person was quick to respond. I’m happy every time I stay there.

A great, roomy place for a group!

I highly recommend this place for nature lives. It sits in many acres with peaceful walkable trails. Tom was extremely responsive and friendly. The place was as described. Only a short drive to Duluth. Google maps does not accurately show the location so make sure you ask for directions. i would definitely stay there again

We have now enjoyed two stays in this home, and were SO happy with both. Holley is a responsive, communicative host, and has thought of everything for the home. So happy to have this as an option when we come to town to visit family, and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend this home and host!

Great location! Near Concordia which was our focus for a daughter's graduation. Being able to have a large, fenced yard to bring our puppy dog was terrific as they've a tight relationship. The trail along the Red River was a big bonus for me to get some good runs in. Being so close to the Hjemkomst Center allowed us to revisit this wonderful gem--free after 4pm was a sweet treat!. A lot of wonderful storage in the kitchen! The filtered water container in the fridge was appreciated. The one drawback of the home, which is one that perhaps many wouldn't consider a drawback, were the plug-in scent devices. We simply unplugged them, which took care of the heavy scents, so really not a problem (sinus issues quickly ensue when I'm around such scents, perfumes, etc.). Would absolutely consider staying again, if we find ourselves back in the area again. Thank you, David!

Three of us girls did a quiet getaway for a few days and had an amazing time at Daniels! It was cozy and the history of the building was so unique. It was clean and spacious and felt very private. We had everything we needed but stores, shops, and coffee were a few min drive if we wanted anything. We will definitely be back soon. Great communication!

Great family friendly stay with lots of amenities!

This is the perfect couples gateway. The direct pool access out the patio was awesome. It was easy to get to the beach and the condo had everything you'd need for a few days at the beach. The little things... we forgot sunscreen and they had it. We did have our toddler and the place was big enough for him to sleep in his pack and play while we had our own room. Mary was great with the communication and the property staff were kind. You can walk to Walmart but you'd have no clue it's near by. The private patio attached to the condo is super comfy and quiet. I highly recommend!

This was a great location and the host was super-responsive. We usually got a response back within 5 mins of sending a message. One of the biggest perks of this location was the availability of their 4 level 2 EV chargers(they use the J1772 connection) that the host has at the office about 1/2 mile away from the condo. For our Tesla, it charged at about 34 miles per hour and it was free to use as part of our reservation. The host and her husband were really friendly and helpful - they offered to drive me back to the condo while my car charged, but I chose to bring along some snacks and drinks and just watch Hulu in the car while it charged. The host and her husband live on site, so when we arrived late in the evening, after 8pm, I was able to charge up at the main office so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it the next day. The condo was as described in the post and was very clean. The location was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Of all the airbnbs that I’ve stayed at in Baton Rouge this is one of my favorites. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again when I’m back in the fall to visit my son.

Great condo right on the water! Rachel’s place was stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable. Convenient location right on the water with access to pools, restaurants, spa, and nearby golf course. The Beach Club is a bit off the beaten path, so prepare for a 20-30 minute drive to town if needed. However it is quiet, peaceful, and made for a great getaway!

Great location, clean and well maintained! Hosts were very helpful with instructions and responded to us right away. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!
