Minutes from the downtown entertainment district and within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, Mardi Gras parade routes, and the famous Callaghans Irish bar. Enjoy porch sitting in our swing and rockers while enjoying your favorite beverage. The gulf beaches and Dauphin Island are a short drive away. Enjoy fishing and kayaking in the Mobile Delta. Our favorite thing about the neighborhood is the live oak trees that sweep across Government Street along with all of the stringed lights at various houses nearby.
