We welcome you to our beautiful 17th Century coastguard home, situated on the SW Coastal path and 1min walk from Blue flag Challaborough beach. Renovated to suit modern life while retaining its original cottage feel; it is an ideal year round spot for water and wilderness loving families, couples and dog owners. Overlooking Burgh Island, the cottage is walking distance to 3 stunning beaches and two cosy 13th C pubs. Picturesque markets towns of Modbury, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, 20 min drive away.

Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

The Cottage, 0.7 miles to Hope Cove!

Well equipped maisonette with outstanding views and within an easy walk via onsite footpath to beautiful Hope Cove beach (20 mins) and SW coastal path. Friendly hosts onsite in main house opposite for support and friendly welcome! 3 friendly dogs and 2 ponies. Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Woodbrooke Farm Cottage

Airy and light with underfloor heating, the spacious, contemporary cottage has been converted from Glyn's former studios . Only 2 miles from the A30, Woodbrooke is in a stunning rural location on the edge of Dartmoor - a few minutes drive from Iron Age camps, an ancient temperate forest and the stunning Hunter's Path. Dark skies and tranquillity allow you to see the stars and hear owls call but the cottage also has fast fibre broadband, a smart TV, excellent showers and a charcoal BBQ.

The Piggery at Oldaway

The Piggery is a self contained converted Pigstye in the grounds of Oldaway Barn, a smallholding near to Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The light and airy cottage has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and good sized shower room. With underfloor heating throughout it is open all year round. The property is all on one level and has some disabled facilities. There is easy private parking and guests are welcome to enjoy the large garden and to visit the smallholding and orchards

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

Dunstone Cottage

Relax in rural tranquillity. Ideal for country walks, with the Dartmoor National Park on your doorstep. The river Plym only minutes away. Local good food pub a mile away. The aga adds a constant warm, cosy ambience to the cottage in the cooler months. The hot tub, right outside your back door, available 24/7 Dog secure garden with views. We have fitted our barn out to the highest standard and look forward to having you! We have created a wonderful outdoor space for BBQs, alfresco eating with stunning views and sun all day long. For an extra pamper we have put a free-standing bath in the main double bedroom with views over the fields beyond! Please note we do don't provide linen for 2 night stays, only 3 nights or more, thank you! 1 small dog allowed by prior agreement only for a nightly charge.
