Located in the heart of McGregor and within walking distance of antique shopping, local eateries and the Mississippi River. An outdoor enthusiast dream you can enjoy biking, fishing, hunting, hiking and boating all within miles at one of the many local parks; or try your hand at the local casino. Whether a weekend getaway or a long-term stay we welcome you to a historic 3-bedroom 1.5 bathroom home with ample living space, including a laundry room and fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar.

The EJ House 4 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath

The EJ house was built in 1905 with the original woodwork, stain glass windows and front door. The house is a little over 1600 sqft of living space. The house has 4 bedrooms with three queen beds and one full size bed. Guests will find it to be surprisingly spacious and a comfortable place to work, play or relax. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house. The house has central air for those warm summer days or enjoy the large back deck. The woodwork is original to the house.

Relax with the whole family at this rural retreat on a gravel road. Its convenient location lets you explore the driftless area. You may see wildlife and birds, insects and wildflowers. There could also be mud, dust or snow because the Midwest weather is always changing. It is cozy and comfortable in this farmhouse nestled in an oak grove. If you love the outdoors and Iowa, this place is for you! Pets are welcome, maximum of two with pet fee paid at booking.
