John’s house was perfect for our weekend visit to see our IU student. The kitchen was well equipped (we cooked Easter dinner there), plenty welcoming snacks, there were bountiful fluffy white towels in the bathroom, and our furry family member felt right at home and a fenced in yard was a great bonus. We will not hesitate to book John’s house again the next time we are Bloomington.

Corinne’s place was exactly what we needed. Last minute booking was flawless. House very clean and plenty of towels. Beds very comfortable. Lots of closet space. Large living area and perfect kitchen and dining. With new grandchild in area we will be back. Thank You!!!

The whole house is amazing and Aaron and Karin added extra touches which I really appreciate! But the beds! They are THE BEST!!! Y’all! I’m staying here every single time I come to B-Town from now on!!!!

had a pleasant stay at Nicolas’s basement studio. The space was impressively clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Nicolas clearly takes pride in keeping the studio in great condition—everything from the floors to the bathroom felt freshly cleaned and tidy. The studio itself is well-organized and has all the basics you need for a short stay. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed provided a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the quiet and privacy that came with being in a basement space—it felt like a peaceful retreat. That said, one thing to be aware of is that the studio is a bit dim. As it’s located in a basement, there’s limited natural light, which made it feel a little enclosed during the day. Adding more lighting or finding a way to increase natural light would definitely improve the overall atmosphere. Still, if you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and quiet place to stay, this studio is a solid option.

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

Comfortable place really close to the University. Provides everything you need, even for a longer stay. Matt was very helpfull and communicative.

If you are going to IU Bloomington with a big group of people, this is a wonderful place to stay!

We had a great stay at the a-frame!! It was a perfect spot for a fall getaway. There were 3 families that stayed, 12 total. There was ample place for all. Each family had a home base bedroom and a few of the kids slept on couches/an air mattress. I really enjoyed having all the benefits of a campground, but also having a comfortable, nice place to relax and shower, etc. We stayed 2 days, but there is so much to do in the area that we could have used another one! The kids loved the park, and the pop a shot basketball hoop, we all loved playing volleyball and pickle-ball. We explored the IU campus and went to brown county for a hike. I would definitely recommend checking out Hard Truth for dinner. Was a very cool place! The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. It was an exceptionally nice campground. Walked to Lake Monroe one morning and caught a few fish! Can’t wait to come back!

My sister forgot her apple watch but Jonah was very responsive and he mailed it back to us. The place was beautiful and was as described in the description.

Overall it was great place and served its purpose … Great gathering space but for 8 people to hang out in the common area it could use more seating. I would recommend this over separate hotel rooms for a group traveling together !

Ashley's place was exactly what I was looking for. There are 2 assigned parking spots right in front of the door, which made carrying in our luggage and snacks very convenient. There is also a keypad for the lock, which is always appreciated and a lot easier than a traditional key. It was super clean and inviting. The beds were very comfy and I slept extremely well the 2 nights I was there. There are 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs, which made getting ready in the morning a breeze. It is close to campus and to a shopping center that had Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Outback, a Mexican restaurant, etc. In that same shopping center, there is also a Kohls , TJ Maxx, Lowes, Five Below, and a few other stores. The neighborhood was nice and I felt safe there. The kitchen was fully stocked for anyone wanting to make a meal. There is also a washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to visit

Spent a IU football weekend here while visiting our daughter on campus. Quaint cabin in the woods that met all our needs. Chris’s instructions were very thorough. Only about 14 minutes from campus too. Great hiking in Hoosier national forest that was minutes away. Would be a wonderful place to stay also if you were doing a lake weekend over the summer.

We loved staying at the Blue Door Bungalow! The house is as clean as I like it, the beds and pillows were to my exact liking, and finally an Airbnb with adequate hooks everywhere for towels, etc. A lot of detail and love has been poured into this home, including the simple and sweet book about the rental, the curated coffee station, and all the local recommendations posted in the kitchen. TVs are so easy to use, heater keeps you adequately warm in the coldest of winters, and the sweet dining porch is a great space to host some take-out from Da Vinci down the street (so much nicer to eat here than battle to get a table there!) Bravo to Renae and Craig for creating such a lovely space in Bloom, you can even walk to the stadiums (!), so close to campus and the Square where all the action is! I will definitely want to come back!

We had an amazing stay!! Travis included very detailed instructions for checking in and out, he was very flexible, and he was responsive if we had a question. The house is in a family friendly and quiet neighborhood and the neighbor was nice. I really appreciate Travis for making this a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Although we went on a stormy weekend, Lindsay’s place was a wonderful place to retreat. Her attention to details, decorating eye, and extra thoughtful touches will have us coming back!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and clean. We were walking distance (30 mins) from downtown and it was easy to get around.

Our stay at Nick's place was great. The beds were comfy, the house was clean, and it was only a few minutes from Karst Park, for our soccer games!
