The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. So what does a Treasure Bay look like in a Small Southern Louisianan town. Calm, serene, peaceful, beautiful and just right for you. This newly renovated, spacious residence has all of the amenities that we feel one should be able to utilize as if this was Your home. This residence is in a colder-sack and sits right on the bank of the pond where the locals often fish, duck hunt and hunt for frogs. Hope you Njoy!

It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!

The Island House

Enjoy all the Ouachita River has to offer at this private getaway that’s close to the convenience of town. You can fish while you grill from your porch. House is centered around a large boat slip with multiple porches. The floating house is accessed to the river lot via floating bridge.
