The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Sunrise at Holly Harbor is truly majestic.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house. Located in a quiet neighborhood atop a hill with spectacular views of Caney Lake this rustic house is the perfect place for a getaway. Our property is located on the deeper end of the lake with lots of open water which is perfect for tubing and skiing during the warmer months and provides excellent fishing year-round. Hook's Marina is visible from our house and the beach area at the State Park is a short five-minute boat ride away.

This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.
