It has its own separate access through the garden and is completely private from the rest of the house. A bathroom, kitchenette, dining/study area are included within your studio space. Laundry and Apple TV available upon request. Garden space and access is shared. Enjoy the deck and outdoor dining and lounging facilities as well as a gorgeous sunset view of LA. The entire bottom floor of the house is yours. Garden access is shared, as are the laundry machines in the main house. We are available at all times by phone, text or email. Bordering the neighborhoods of Eagle Rock and Highland Park, the area has an understated charm and offers an array of vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Old Town Pasadena, a retail hub with charming eateries, is a short drive away. It is a 0.4 mile distance to the nearest bus stop on La Loma and Figueroa. (about a 10 minute walk from the apartment) The 81 Bus can take you to the Gold Line Metro in Highland Park in less than 15 min. The Gold Line runs between Pasadena and Downtown, where you can transfer to other trains. Please let us know if you would like an Apple TV set up for your arrival or at any point during your stay.

Fast Wifi signal and two small patios. Coffe station and microwave. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. Parking free around the house. Close to the Walmart and Target stores, also small shopping centers, restaurants, City of Hope, Santa Anita Mall, Monrovia Down Town and Metro golden Line (1.6 mil).

This lovely space is a private suite attached to a Single Family Residence. Enjoy your morning coffee outside by your own flower garden. Toast a bagel or stock the mini fridge with snacks! You have a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Located between 10, 57 and 210 Fwy. Wonderful restaurants shopping nearby. Cal Poly, APU and Claremont Colleges are a few minutes away. LA is 40 -50 min. Disneyland is 50 min. And 1 hour from beautiful So Cal beaches. We DO NOT have TV NO pets!

The studio unit is on beautiful bungalow-lined street, it’s clean, upscale, and peaceful in a serene backyard setting. NON-SMOKERS only. There's a wet-bar (NO kitchen, no hot plate & no cooking) with a microwave, mini-fridge, and filtered drinking water. Large flat-screen TV, a/c & heat, luxury Split, Firm, king size Tempurpedic bed. NO pets or young children. Although Airbnb has a policy of not disallowing service animals, I respectfully suggest you consider different accommodations.
