The Place is very IG Worthy, a lot of spot for picture taking. It could fit a very intimate bonding for small group. If you're vibe is to get out if manila but don't like the hassle of transportation, this is a great go to place. Plus points for the nice and accommodating caretaker, kuya Alfredo. Would recommend a pre cooked meal and disposal utensils. Overall, the place is great 😊🤙🏼

The view, the overall property location and the ever helpful caretakers really made our stay worthwhile. The view was indeed breath taking and relaxing and you have walkable cafes nearby. We encountered some hiccups on our rented van and the caretakers gladly lended a hand to help us which our family really appreciated.

Perfect for my mom's 60th birthday with the peaceful vibe, location and intimate party celebration. Rafael was a great host!

We had a wonderful time at Marian's place. The pool was the perfect size for our group, and the layout couldn't have been better—with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all conveniently located next to the pool. It's an ideal spot for small group getaways or a family staycation. Thanks so much for having us!

Our family had a great time staying at Mikaela’s Place. Feels like we are staying at one of the resort in the South. It was so close to home! Jolina the caretaker of Casa De Amena was very helpful, attentive to all our needs and made sure that all our needs were readily available. From our senior parents down to the youngest member of the family… all I see were big smiles and fun! Thank you very much!

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

Amazing Stay at Villa Pao! Villa Pao was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, clean, and has stunning views. The pool and outdoor space were fantastic for relaxing, and the location was peaceful. Our host and the caretaker was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The place is very nice, comfortable and accessible.. The beddings are clean.. The pool water is very pleasant to swim in, it doesn’t sting the eyes, no strong smell.. The couch in Villa 1 could use an upgrade.. They don’t have a stove yet but they improvised 2 butane stove at the bar outside,, it just rained almost our whole stay, so we need to bring the food from the bar to the villa with umbrella but the staff are super helpful and nice.. They assisted us in everything we need.. Will definitely go back.. Thanks a lot to the owners!

Villa Bautista 2 exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived they welcomed us with warmth and helpfulness (we had a big van and tons of luggage!). The first thing that struck us was how much space we had (3 levels), how tasteful and stylish the decor was and the expansive views of the rice fields and mountains in the distance. It was great to watch the sunset from the pool. I recommend their Pinoy breakfasts which were varied and excellent. I wish we would’ve arranged for dinners as well. Malin and staff go above and beyond for your comfort and enjoyment. The massages were pure bliss.

Awesome stay – highly recommend! Our family had a great time at this place. Super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. The host was really friendly and made everything super easy, from the endless queries Sir Mark was responsive. The bed was comfy, Wi-Fi was solid, and the space had everything we needed for a chill stay. Loved the location too super peaceful. We would definitely come back with more days of stay. Thank you!!!

Me and my friends definitely had a great time staying here. Although we find it quite expensive for to be honest as the place needs some fixing like the water pressure was too weak; and the aircon pressure on one room was really poor even it’s on its lowest temperature. But overall, we had fun, location is awesome, and near to a lot of establishments like groceries, cafe, hospital, etc. Thanks!

2nd time at this place, still a great experience! Highlights: complimentary toiletries w towel, comforter blankets, 3 t&b, complete kitchen utensils, free drinking water, up to 2 sedan indoor parking, spacious and clean place For info, around 8-9am the sunlight is directed to the indoor dining area so breakfast can be uncomfortable.

Very good stay in Monique's villa. From the beginning, communication with the host Monique was easy. She is very responsive and provides quality instructions. The modern villa and its quality amenities (equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi) were in line with the description and our expectations. Allowing us a relaxing and pleasant stay in this peaceful corner with great panoramic views. Finally, the caretaker, Kuya Jaime, was very friendly and available. I recommend this place

Would recomment this place. Napakadaming kwarto & kama tho di namin nagamit yung 2 rooms kasi kokonti lang kami. Maganda vibes ng place napaka private kahit na yung room ng caretaker is nasa kusina hindi ka makaka feel ng awkward na may iba kayong kasama sa bahay kasi napaka friendly ng caretaker and lahat ng hahanapin niyo is nasa loob na din ng place like liquors, softdrinks, toothbrush, toothpaste etc., bibilhin niyo nalang sakanila if kulangin kayo basta mag inform lang kayo ahead of time kay ate & kuya (caretakers).
