Siamo stati ospiti allo chalet di Adamo solo per qualche giorno ma è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno, con tutti i comfort e ben attrezzata. Anche Fara, la nostra bimba pelosa, si è subito ambientata ed ha apprezzato soprattutto l'area esterna che circonda tutta la casa. Marco è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito anche valide indicazioni riguardo i vari percorsi da fare in zona. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di fare la conoscenza di Adamo che ha gradito le nostre insalate. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

Abbiamo appena passato un bellissimo week end all'insegna della natura ... la casa è magnifica ed è posizionata in un oasi di pace , riparata da rumori , macchine e persone, ma comunque vicina al paese per poter fare la spesa senza problemi. I bambini e il cane hanno potuto scorrazzare in piena libertà e noi adulti abbiamo potuto goderci la compagnia in tutta tranquillità. Partendo a piedi si possono fare delle belle passeggiate, e per chi ama la natura è l'ideale!!! La casetta sull'albero è fatta benissimo ed è veramente un gioiellino!! Sicuro ci vogliamo tornare magari in primavera per poter godere meglio della bellissima tavolata e del barbecue che ci sono davanti alla casa ( che fra parentesi è dotata di tutto, ma proprio tutto!!).

Ci siamo trovati molto bene , la casa molto luminosa accongliete e fornita di tutto, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro...al nostro arrivo Anna e Niko, ci hanno acconto con un ben venuto sia per noi che per i miei due cani... La consigliamo a tutti coloro che vogliono esplorare le bellezze di Desenzano e dintorni pernottando in un ambiente familiare e riservato e vicino a tutte le attrazioni del lago

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben uns von Tag eins gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die persönlich Begrüßung sowie der Abschied. Sirmione ist gut angebunden und so ziemlich ein schöner Mittelpunkt um auch mal Bergamo, Mailand oder Padua zu besichtigen. Bei Fragen kann man Rita anschreiben und sie antwortet binnen einiger Minuten. Es gab auch zu Beginn Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und co. Für den Hund wurde auch gesorgt, da sie uns ein Kissen sowie zwei Näpfe hingestellt hat. Summarum kommen wir gerne wieder!

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

Massimo and Simone were both super helpful and great to communicate with. Massimo lives in the other unit within the property and would occasionally walk by and check on us. He even proactively suggested and coordinated for us the rental of a boat from the Padenghe Harbor for a half-day excursion of the lake which ended up being the highlight of the trip. Location and view are stunning with plenty of space for dining outside on the beautiful terrace or on the patio where we had a great BBQ. The way it’s setup with 2 independent kitchens on the 2 levels makes it ideal for a multifamily trip as well. 100% would recommend

Wir haben ein paar ruhige Tage nach einer Gardaseerundreise bei Serena verbracht. Es ist perfekt für Menschen, die die Ruhe suchen. Es liegt abseits vom Trubel, genau das was wir gesucht hatten.

Die Unterkunft entsprach dem Inserat. Tolle und ruhige Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig ansonsten alles soweit top. Wir hatten als Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit Elena war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo splendido alloggio, la terrazza era una parte tutta a sé, che noi abbiamo trovato persino più grande che dalle foto! Non saprei elencare qual è stata la cosa più bella, la piscina davvero fantastica e pulita. Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, ma poco pulito. Abbiamo vissuto una vera settimana di relax, speriamo davvero di tornarci! Rainer gentilissimo e disponibile.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with a beautiful view of the lake that made our mornings extra special. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions that made everything easy. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable outdoor seating area, which allowed us to enjoy the stunning scenery. It was a magical time, and we would happily stay here again—highly recommended!

Very nice and quiet place, with a beautiful view. Relaxing at the pool was awesome. The living room/kitchen is very cozy and had everything we needed. The location is a bit remote and the distances take a little longer to drive than we anticipated, but of course that is more a remark to myself for future plans :)

Ci sarebbe piaciuto fermarci molti giorni in più presso l'appartamento dato che ci siamo trovati benissimo. In cucina come in bagno non mancava nulla. Splendido anche il patio dove si può mangiare all' aperto rimanendo comunque riparati. Molto comodo anche il garage con la possibilità di arrivare direttamente nell' appartamento. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il parcheggio per la Rocca o il porto.

Un posto meraviglioso Una villa super confortevole e arredata con cura nei minimi dettagli. L’esterno della villa ha una piscina attrezzata ideale per trascorrere le giornate fuori. Gli host sono stati super disponibili Tempestivi nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Tolle kleine und feine Villa mit allem was man braucht. Ein eingezäunter und großer Garten für den Hund und eine nahe Gassi Runde durch die Natur, auch tolle „local“ Restaurants in Fussläufiger Umgebung. Die Villa ist Architektonisch interessant und sehr ansprechend und hell. Alles ist durchdacht und technisch hochwertig ausgerüstet. Wunderbare Oase mit Pool und allem was man braucht :) Sehr zu empfehlen! Cinzia ist super nett und hat schnell geantwortet! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

The apartment is very comfortable and very very clean. There is everything that you need. Fausta is very friendly and helpful person. The parking is available as well. The area was calm but we were in winter time. In general you need a car for go to grocery or the restaurant or to visit something . We would recommend the apartment any way.

We had a wonderful 4 days at Barbora’s apartment. It’s easy to find (approx 25 mins walk from Desenzana del Garda train station), really well-located with Rivoltella centre 5 mins walk away, Desenzana about 20 mins stroll along the lake, from where you can easily catch a ferry across to beautiful Sirmione and other lakeside destinations. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, peaceful and well-equipped. We are a family of 5 and felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. There’s a Penny supermarket a few minutes walk away, a really lovely Sicilian bakery just along the road too, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed a pizzeria called Rusticone, which was around 10 mins walk away in Rivoltella. Best pizza we had in Italy 😋 Finally, Barbora is lovely, helpful and always responsive to messages. We would highly recommend staying at her apartment and hope to be back some day.

I recently stayed at Alice's House, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The house boasts an absolutely stunning view, far surpassing what the photos can capture. Every morning, waking up to such a breathtaking panorama was a highlight of our stay. The house itself is impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Nicola, the owner, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He provided clear instructions for everything we needed and offered fantastic recommendations for local activities and attractions. His hospitality truly made our visit special. Alice's House is perfect for large families, with plenty of beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. We brought our dog along, and there was ample space outside for him to play and explore. The surrounding area is rich with nature and offers a variety of interesting things to do and see. I highly recommend Alice's House to everyone.

Laura foi muito proativa, nos recebeu no portão da casa e colocou sucos e mimos na geladeira, quanta atenção! Ficamos por 2 noites e a jacuzzi foi o diferencial! Estávamos com nossa filha de 1 ano e Laura providenciou berço e cadeira alimentação! Foi incrível

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hat alles, was man benötigt. Bei schlechtem Wetter fehlt ein bisschen ein gemütliches Sofa. Bei gutem Wetter- und wir hatten meistens gutes- lädt der herrliche Garten zum Verweilen ein. Dieser liegt direkt neben dem Bach und man muss nur einmal durch den Campingplatz laufen, schon ist man am See mit herrlicher Promenade und vielen Cafés. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt von Mauro, an Ostern von seiner Frau mit leckerem Gebäck verwöhnt, bekamen frische Wäsche und konnten uns immer an ihn wenden. Also sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso questa location e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza fantastica! La casa è pulita, confortevole e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La disponibilità e la gentilezza di Linda sono state eccezionali. Ha sempre risposto prontamente alle mie richieste e ha fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio con tutta la compagnia. Consigliamo vivamente l'alloggio di Linda a chiunque cerchi un posto confortevole e accogliente dove soggiornare.. anche con gli amici questo è una ottima location. *Punti di forza:* - Pulizia e ordine dell'alloggio - Comfort - giardino e area riservata - Disponibilità e gentilezza della host. - internet veloce - box e cortile pvt P.s Non possiamo metterti 9* perché per noi sono tutte positive, te ne lasciamo solo 5* Ultimo ma non meno importante, è stata Super con la mia cagnolina, anche lei ti ringrazia molto! Ivano ist ein Top Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und flexibel. Die Wohnung war Tip Top und in super Lage. Man ist schnell am See und hat viele Möglichkeiten, in der Nähe etwas zu unternehmen. Alles, was man braucht ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und es gibt eine kostenlosen Parkplatz gleich ums Eck. Ich würde wieder dort wohnen wollen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Erikas Apartment ist einfach eine Wohlfühl- Oase. Wir waren 10 Nächte hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist wirklich bis aufs letzte Detail ausgestattet und die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Gardasee und tolle Restaurants und Bars sind in 20 Metern erreichbar. Super ist der private und separate Garten- Bereich. Man hat das Gefühl, man hätte ein eigenes kleines Häuschen in Italien. Erika und ihre Mama haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles super erklärt. Wir können diese Wohnung und die Lage empfehlen. Wir sind 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (4,10,15) und ein Hund. Danke Erika
