Serene beach cottage in Summerland nestled in a lush well-maintained garden with a large sunny deck and secluded backyard. Perfect for antique lovers, the house boasts one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and art. Can't beat the location, located on a quiet and private dead-end street right next to hiking trails, five minute walk to town and ten minute walk to our beach. This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito; Coast Village Road the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Butterfly Beach. This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size pull out couch. Not only are you a few feet from the sea, you are a hundred yards from surf shops, restaurants and boutiques. The Sea Lofts are the premier beach destination for Santa Barbara. You can walk for miles at low tide, or just sit on the deck or beach and watch the sunset. The lofts are well appointed with kitchenettes.

It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.
