This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Please when you fill out the number of guests put it in exactly. It will be much less complicated later.

All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board.
