Millvale has a massive amount of charm, with many of the same attributes of Lawrenceville at a lower price point. We're right over the bridge from Lawrenceville & a 5-minute drive to downtown & the North shore stadiums.

STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home.
