Gorgeous 2 bedroom cottage set in a vineyard with beautiful park like grounds and panoramic views. Set on 250 acres, there is plenty of room to explore. Unwind and relax - entertain on the patio overlooking the vines, take a dip in the plunge pool and enjoy the peaceful countryside while only 10 minutes from Gloucester village. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

A picturesque 25 minute drive will have you in the heart of the wineries during the day - then back to Claret Ash Cottage by night to wine, dine and admire the view.

Baroona Dairy Cottage is located just 5kms out of Nabiac on the Mid North Coast, close to beautiful beaches, forest hikes & cafes. We're only 3 mins from the Pacific Hwy, 20 mins from Blackhead & Diamond Beach and 25 mins from Forster/ Tuncurry. Once a working dairy, now converted to a one bedroom cottage with a spacious, sun-filled living area, full kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and cosy Queen-sized bedroom with a beautiful outlook onto the paddocks.
