We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. We enjoy the scenic area with beautiful lakes rivers, multiuse trail systems and trail head of the 100 mile wilderness of the Appalachian Trail, Moosehead lake, Maine's largest lake, and State Parks.

We have snowmobile trail access, and we're located next to the Appalachian Trail. We are surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. If you're into the outdoors this is the place for you. Hiking, biking, fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, whitewater rafting right outside your door.

This first floor apartment is in the heart of Bingham and offers direct trail access from the rental with parking for two trucks with trailers. Two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with washer/dryer. Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with all necessities. The living room and bedrooms have smart TVs, but I apologize there is no local cable. WIFI throughout. This rental is ideal for extended stay guests.
