The host, Ken, was extremely friendly and communicated early and when relevant. The home was described accurately, looked excellent upon arrival and a nice setup. There was a lovely welcome packet with great information and clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Stunning property, not far from UGA. Very clean, home was immaculate. Nice garage area, fire pit in backyard was a bonus. We loved everything about this house.

We were so happy to find a place very close to our son's house that included a natural surrounding! The property had everything we need to cook a lovely dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and may have the opportunity to utilize the property again on a future trip!

We were looking for a quiet place to celebrate our anniversary, where antique stores and local business were close to enjoy. Jeneane’s cabin was perfect. She has everything you need to stay in if you want or get out to explore as well. We enjoyed downtown Watkinsville, Monroe, and Athens.

Wes immediately reacted when we couldn’t open the lockbox. His family came to help. Very friendly and helpful people. The house and farmland are truly magical. Magic from the past, magic in the present and hopefully magic in the future. Felt we’re stepped into a book off Sarah Addison Allen. Make sure you take the walk around the farmland and a specially the pond. We’ve loved staying at sunflower farm.

One of my favorite places to stay. House was tidy and quaint, the farm and surroundings were peaceful and serene. Breakfast was phenomenal and the hosts were kind and friendly.

We have stayed here three times. We enjoy the house, it's location and the neighborhood.

Our stay was great and very fun! The property is very large and private. It was very comfortable for a large group and there were lots of water activates as well as lots to do inside. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had a wonderful weekend.
