Treehouses overlook a 5 acre private lake, with hanging chairs beneath and cafe lighting. Fire pit awaits just feet from the tower. Under the tower, a modern bathroom with shower. Outdoor kitchen under one side of the treehouses. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or boating on the lake, read or take a peaceful hike on the trails. Restricted to age 18 & up

Hickman cabin

Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We have 2 kayaks available for rent. 20/day per kayak. Pay if/when you use them. Life jackets must be worn when operating kayaks. Life jackets are in dock box. Kayaks for DAY use only. Kayaks not for rent if water temp. is below 65F. The Loop 2 and LOTO parks are fairly close We offer a hot tub. PLEASE READ INFO ON SPA AND OFF ROAD PARKS UNDER 'OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE'

The house is NOT on the water but up the hill and close by is a state access boat ramp you can drop boat and park in the included dock slip. This is a 1000 sqft home free standing with front/rear decks connected by wrap around. 2 bedrooms and then 2 pull out couches Comfortably sleeps 7 Famous Coconuts and Jolly Rogers are a 10-minute boat ride. Just 15 minutes from the loop2 sxs park

Farm House

Enjoy you stay at a 1950 farm house on a working cattle hobby farm. come and relax and watch the cattle grazing in the grass. the set of double beds are up a flight of stairs. We have plenty of parking, We are only a few minutes from the small town of Versailles. and only 13 minutes to the lake of the Ozarks lake access. and 15 minutes to off Road Loop 2 The water here at the farm does have a sulfur smell, so we do provide bottled drinking water for your stay. No TV but do have WIFI.

Full Bath with a walk-in shower downstairs. Experience a serene countryside getaway with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings, just moments away from Versailles.

This cabin is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls retreat, or lodging for an avid hunter or fisherman. Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the small town of Stover and roughly 30 miles from both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake, it's the perfect location to relax and unwind. We have no TVs in the cabin, but offer fast and free wifi for easy streaming on all your devices. We do ask that there is no smoking and no parties held on the property.
