It is only 5 minutes from Penrith, 10 minutes from Ullswater and 20 minutes from Keswick. Dogs are more than welcome! Whilst adjoining the main house the accommodation offers a great deal of privacy and includes a separate entrance & private outdoor area.

There are plenty of walks from the door and a good pub, The Royal, is just a short stroll down the road.
