Alma Apartment is easy access to both airports and to the Swan Valley. Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Standalone Granny Flat

The Standalone Granny Flat is at the back of the main house (main house is Grey in colour with a picture frame of Buddha) Please park vertical on the lawn area in front of the main house. Parking is only for 1 car. No cleaning charges guest to make sure to clean the unit before checkout and bins emptied. My apartment is warm & inviting. The bedroom is luxurious with a beautiful bathroom with claw foot bath. Fully equipped Kitchen, laundry & leafy back yard, bbq and alfresco kitchen. The family room includes a dining area, lounge & big screen Netflix TV. While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay
