We have wonderful walks on the doorstep, a short drive away is the market town of Romsey with its shops, cafes and Broadlands Estate. Paultons Park with Peppa Pig world a 15 minute drive. Also Stockbridge, the stunning New Forest National Park and the beaches of the south coast, Winchester and Stonehenge are great nearby places to visit.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Annexe - Unique and Tranquil Getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. The Old Dairy in the New Forest

The Old Dairy is a quaint studio cottage in the New Forest. The one bedroom studio was once the old parlor room for the dairy. With lots of original features such as the old brick chimney breast and wooden beams. This is perfect for a couple who want to come away to explore the forest for a few days. Equipped with a kitchenette for small meals with fridge microwave and single induction hob it also has a shower room. Set on our 70 acre farm which you can explore with fresh farm eggs daily.

Peaceful riverside retreat in the Test Valley

This airy and comfortable detached bungalow is within our wonderfully rural and peaceful garden, at the end of a private drive near Stockbridge. Its view is over a stream of the River Test to a field with sheep, cows and chickens, and it has its own patio. Horsebridge is a hamlet with a pub, close to where the Test Way and Clarendon Way cross; both are perfect for walkers and cyclists. Salisbury, Winchester, Southampton and Stonehenge are all but a short drive away.
