This rental is ONE bedroom, for 2 guests (4 guests max if two can share a bed in room and two others share sofa bed in living room). The entire unit is on the second floor, and is a 2-bedroom/1-bath condo in Snell and Blossom Hill area of South San Jose. Condo community is patrolled by security. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS RENTAL IS FOR 1 BEDROOM ONLY. PROPERTY IS SHARED WITH MYSELF, I AM THE OWNER. I am fully vaccinated and take care in cleaning/disinfecting regularly between all reservations.

We are in a safe community. There are many restaurants and shops around, very convenient. This room is Twin bed for single. There is a small bed . Shared bathroom with another bedroom. In the shared living room with sofas, dining table and chairs, large refrigerator, microwave, basic tableware, coffee machine. There is no kitchen, you can simply heat the food in the living room and wash the tableware in the outdoor sink in the front yard. No kitchen.

This is a private living space (500+sqft) located in rolling hill scenic area of san jose called silver creek and also goes by evergreen area. It is complete with sofa, bed for sleeping, nook for eating and an attached bathroom. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful place. The room is in the backyard surrounded with trees and beautiful landscaping. Within 1-2 miles you have access to restaurants, starbucks & grocery.

Laundromat is one block away.

Easy commute to Great Mall shopping center, Milpitas Bart station, San Jose airport, school, commercial street, restaurant, and downtown. There is a lock in the room. The AC/Heater is centralized. The room and house environment are safe. The TV is on the 2nd floor not in the room.

You will feel comfortable staying here. The housemates are polite and quiet. The neighbors don’t party loudly.The owner is only home 3 days a week. You can cook light meals from the spacious kitchen.
