You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full stand-up shower. The 43" smart TV makes streaming your favorite shows easy. While the studio is small (225 sq ft,) it is clean and cozy, and if anything is needed to make one's stay more comfortable, we will do what we can to accommodate requests.

Retreat to this upstairs apartment after a day of exploring the Black Hills! This charming brick home was built in 1923 and is in a quiet historic neighborhood. This sunny apartment has a private entrance, open kitchen and living room layout with two bedrooms and a full sofa sleeper that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two blocks from the YMCA and walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. *Please note, if you're uncomfortable going up a set of stairs this unit isn't for you.

This stylish, 800 sq. ft studio has beautiful views of the Black Hills and is surrounded by national forest. It's a short 10 minute drive to Rapid City on the scenic Rimrock Highway. Amazing hikes and a scenic overlook are a short distance away. There's a private entry to the walk out lower level on a 6 acre lot. Studio has king sized bed, full bathroom, kitchenette w/ lg. fridge, microwave,toaster oven, coffee maker, etc . Outdoor parking or covered parking is available in inclement weather.

The Sage - Hinterwood Inn & Cabins

The Sage is part of Hinterwood Inn and Cabins and sleeps up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a king bed, a daybed/trundle (two twin mattresses) in the living room. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full, spacious bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area, the gas grill outside, and the expansive outdoor spaces on the property.

Rose Building - Apt 1

Perfect place for any length of stay! On the boarder of both the Downtown and West Blvd Residential Historic Districts. Steps away from multiple dining and entertainment options. One of the only buildings in the area with owned off-street parking. The 2nd floor of the Rose Building was converted from offices to apartments in 2022. You can walk to The Monument for a concert, the bike path and parks, Main Street Square. The perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Black Hills.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Flat 6 - East of 5th District, Downtown Rapid City

Artsy and creative loft-style apartment located in the up and coming East of 5th District, just one block from downtown Rapid City. This space has soaring ceilings, private uncovered parking, all the amenities of home and is clean and well-cared for. Harriet & Oak is just around the corner (in the same building) and offers a great selection of coffee and food. Close to everything with easy access to tourist sights and main highways. Unfortunately, parties and/or pets are NOT allowed.

Black Hills Cabin Canyon Suite

Copper Canyon Lodge is a 5k sq ft mountainside lodge nestled on 20 acres in the Black Hills. The Canyon Suite is the entire lower level of the lodge & sleeps 6. Private entry, kitchenette, full bath, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a double) and an extra queen behind the TV sitting area. Satellite TV and wifi are included. Box Elder Creek runs through the property, bring your poles if you like to fish! 🐟 Swing set, playhouse and sandbox on site for the kids. 😊
