Very responsive and accommodating. A snow storm arrived during our stay. FFB was a perfect place to be! The local store had everything we needed & Jay’s place was nice and cozy! The large patio windows offered picturesque views of the snow falling- It was like being in a small town Hallmark movie! We highly recommend for a winter holiday stay!!

The place is great my kids where happy it was raining we didn’t get to go out side but it was great the host was very responsive and helpful thank you everything was clean and comfortable

The location was perfect. We were there for high school golf and loved the convenience of being close to the golf course. The host was very responsive and flexible.

The studio was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and decorated adorably. The host was super responsive and left an envelope with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The bathroom was large, the shower was amazing, and well-stocked with tons of towels. The only thing to be aware of is there are no curtains or blinds on the large windows/sliding door so be mindful of that. This is shown in the pictures, but may not be immediately noticeable. Other than that, this place was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

This place was great!! The pool was the best part we mostly stayed in the pool and only took our boat out once. A little pricey to not be right on the lake but sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk. The Airbnb fees really drove up the price but the pool was worth it and we were able to see most of the fireworks from the balcony...Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at Melissa's lakeside retreat. Our group had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games around the large table. Everything was super clean and comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at Melissa's place if you travel to the Fairfield Bay area. She was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. We were in the area for basketball games and needed something with several bedrooms. This house is very spacious. We felt right at home nice and cozy! Everything was very clean. If we are ever in the area again we would stay without hesitation.

We really enjoyed staying at Hans cabin, we had to be in the area for meetings all week so we didn’t get to spend as much time at the cabin as we would’ve liked but when we got home it was very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Don’t hesitate to book this place! We had a wonderful experience.. the cabin is so beautiful and secluded. We did some fishing, we had a bbq and enjoyed the hot tub. The views are amazing! We visited a few different parks and they were all so pretty! Our Spring Break is definitely one for the books.. thank you for such a lovely stay. Everything was perfect. Debbie and Ken were so friendly and provided unexpected Scones, and a bottle of Champagne for our Anniversary. Their home was clean and inviting. We fished and enjoyed the Dock and fire pit. We caught several small rainbow trout and my husband caught a nice Brown trout, all released, and waiting just for you. The location is close to town, and we especially enjoyed the Little Red River. It wont matter if you're fishing, or just relaxing, you won't find a nicer place to get away from it all. we plan on returning.

Me & my son came for a fishing tournament on Greers Ferry Lake. The place was great for the time we spent there, was boater friendly. The only thing is the house has a bit of cigarette smell, if you are not a smoker you will notice it but it was not a deal breaker for us. Thanks again Chris

Our stay was great. We had a great time, and this house was perfect for my group. Very nice lake access just down the road, perfect spot to chill and hang out. One of my friends accidentally left a jacket at the house when we checked out, but the host had no problem with him coming to retrieve it. Very friendly host and responded on messages very quickly. Great stay!

The place was easy to find, and was very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house, screened-in deck, terrace, lake access, and location were all great. Hope we have an opportunity to stay again some time in the future.

This house had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We had a few unforeseen mishaps, but Joan and her husband were very accommodating and willing to resolve. Beds were very comfortable-loved the sheets!! Joan was easy to get ahold of and accommodating to our issues. Would recommend!

We loved our time at Tricia's place, it was such a beautiful place, exactly like the pictures depicted, clean, and comfortable. There were very clear instructions for everything and the house had everything we needed while we were there. Very relaxing getaway, highly recommend.

Ideal place for a family with younger children. Quiet and peaceful setting away from normal tourists.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Dawn’s River-Run home rental that exceeded our expectations with its comfort, beautiful landscaping, and warm neighborhood atmosphere. The space was cozy and inviting, complete with flourishing gardens that were perfect for relaxation. The friendly neighbors made us feel welcome, enhancing our experience. For entertainment, we enjoyed fishing, playing foosball, darts, and watching local wildlife. Dawn was quick to respond to our questions and provided suggestions for local events. Overall, this rental offered a perfect blend of leisure and activity, making it a highly recommendable choice for a delightful getaway.

Matt’s place was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the natural setting, loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee, and walking down to the water. Beds were comfortable and showers were good. The water pressure in the master bathroom sink was a rather poor but we managed. Great place!
