This cosy self contained 1 bedroom unit is located on our family farm in the small rural town of Whorouly, in North East Victoria. Nestled on 54 acres of farmland, surrounded by cattle grazing the paddocks, with mountain views in the distance, we welcome you to come & experience the country lifestyle!

Tea Garden Creek Cottage

Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

Sawmill Cottage Farm

Tucked away at the edge of Victoria’s High Country is Sawmill Cottage Farm. Our open plan cottage is an ideal place for those looking for a relaxing getaway, perfect for couples or friends Explore King Valley’s wineries, or just slow down enjoy the views over the valley, soak up the peaceful country vibes and meet the animals. Summer is on its way and the perfect time to cool off in our magnesium salt swimming pool Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, farm fresh eggs, and homemade bacon.

The Bungalow at Nunyara

Delightful Moyhu in the King Valley. Moyhu has a fantastic Country Pub, General store and delightful cafe. These are all in walking distance from Nunyara. The Moyhu Lions Club Market is held the third Saturday of every month. Moyhu is centrally located to all the major wineries Pizzinis, Chrismont Delzottos, Brown Brothers are all a short drive away. Super comfy King size bed, smart TV, Netflix, reverse cycle air conditioning, leather sofa, own bathroom and toilet.

With accommodation for 8 it is ideally suited for two families, multigeneration groups or just girls weekend away.

Based on beautiful farmland it is perfect for exploring the King Valley and Beechworth wine regions, The Milawa gourmet region, Beautiful Bright and the Alpine valleys. The location also offers close access to the Ovens River and Murray to Mountains rail trail.

Lupo’s Loft

Lupo’s Loft is upstairs at Lupo’s Kiln Cafe. Luxury accommodation for 2 in a king bed, complimentary champagne on arrival, free WiFi, Netflix TV, kitchenette, bathroom and lounge area. Ideally located on the rail trail and the Great Alpine Road it is the perfect location for a romantic getaway. Lupo’s Kiln Cafe is open for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday’s and lunch only on Sunday’s. Open from 11am - 10pm Fri & Sat. 11am - 4pm Sun.

Cooke's Cottage

This separate, brand-new studio apartment on my property offers private accommodation. It is designed for 2 guests. The bathroom is spacious and self-contained. The kitchen is equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities and essentials like a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Wifi and TV are available. Enjoy a cozy outdoor area. Cleanliness is a priority, and the minimalist approach ensures no clutter.

Moyhu Sunset Vista

Moyhu is located in the King Valley and situated ideally between Milawa and Whitfield which allows easy access to both these renowned wine producing areas. This peaceful accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area .
