After a small issue with the room I was immediately upgraded. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the breakfast is delightful. Location is very central, Freedom Square is only a few meters away. The roof terrace is a welcome addition to the facilities, an amazing view of the city and its landmarks can be seen from here. Marianna is the most wonderful host, warm kind and compassionate, my only regrer is that I did not stay longer.

Очень удобное расположение, приятный персонал, номера намного круче чем на фото, оказывается это двухэтажная прекрасная квартирка, в номере очень тепло, очень красиво, превосходный душ, все новенькое и красивое, повторюсь что особенно крутой персонал, все понравилось, очень круто!

This is a place to be. Right in the heart of Tbilisi, you can touch the history by checking into this beautiful mansion of the 18th century. Aleksandr will be the person who will greet you there, and there is no better person for getting introduction to Georgia. Once you enter the mansion’s yard, you feel right at home. Grape and pomegranate scents fill in the air, and the greenery creates a shade for the outer space. A spacious balcony with a stunning view on Tbilisi is a gem. It such a pleasure to spend calm evenings there. The mansion has all the amenities and the whole building is carefully looked after. The neighbourhood is historical with the best food places around it. My whole family will be coming back to this mansion, as this is a very unique and special place to be. And Aleksandr, the mansion manager, is a Georgian gentleman with a huge heart. He is a great person to have a conversation with. He is knowledgeable on Georgian culture, history, literature, and more. Thank YOU✨

Love love love this place. It’s like being transported back in time. The vibe is very “dark academia”. The location is perfect as it’s close to everything you could possibly want and need. The hosts, Enzo and Anna, are amazing and sweet and just wonderful people. I was very comfortable and felt at home. 11/10 would recommend and def coming back next time I’m in Georgia. 💜

This boutique hotel has all, central location, clean and cute, super helpful host, quiet even located in the city center. And the hotel shuttle driver was icing on the cake, super nice person and really went out of his way to help with our heave luggages to make check-in and check-out experience super smooth. I definitely would love to stay there again in the future!
