Enjoy downtown Austin while staying in our peaceful and private studio. The space includes a private fenced patio, large kitchen/living area on the first floor and bedroom/bathroom on the second floor. We also have private off street dedicated parking and are located in one of the top areas in Austin. Just 4 blocks from the famous Franklin bbq, paperboy, moody center etc. this is a great, centrally located spot for exploring the city.

We are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and transit lines.
