Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Very quite and peaceful. We were in town to attend an ATU football game. Great location for that. Close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing. Billie Ann was a great host. Very thoughtful and communicative. Hope to stay again sometime.

The hosts in Fort Smith were very proactive, were keen for us to have a great stay. Their communication was very good with quick response times. Great to have a few basics in the food pantry - salt, pepper . The photographs need to be updated to reflect all bedroom layouts.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was exactly as described. We had plenty of towels. The linens were nice. There were plenty of pillows. There were even items for the younger children including a pack n play, high chair and cups with lids. Amber was responsive to all questions. Our whole family was pleased, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful low-stress weekend.

We were with 4 other couples and had more than enough room! The place was very clean. We loved how peaceful it was. If we ever needed a larger home we would stay there again.

I looooove this house. It was perfect for me and my daughter’s. Kellie was so welcoming and sweet and left a gift bag with a bunch of stuff for my daughter. It’s perfect for children and adults. I LOVED the backyard. It was so big and beautiful and felt so good to walk around barefoot and both of my girls enjoyed the swings and slide. It was sweet to watch the birds, squirrels and bunnies. Had all the amenities listed. The couches and beds were super cozy. And I had access to the garage! That was a huge bonus for me to be able to pull my vehicle in. This home is beautiful with a nice clean modern look and that cozy home feeling. The kitchen sink and shower were awesome! Washer/Dryer and dish washer all a plus. It’s in a great location as Springdale traffic can get pretty crazy. But everything is a close distance. Great restaurants! DoorDash and Walmart delivery were super quick as well. I would love to stay here again!

Beau’s home was perfect for our group of 7 adults for a 2 night stay. The quiet neighborhood is tucked away at the edge of town near a beautiful wooded area. The pictures are accurate, but still don’t quite capture the unique character of this property. The multiple levels, abundant natural lighting, artwork, books, and additional amenities encourage a social and relaxed experience with friends and nature. The are plenty of spots to eat and hike within a 5 minute drive, and most of Bentonville is accessible within 20 minutes. We would absolutely return to this property if given the opportunity. Beau’s home truly added to the experience of a beautiful weekend. We would absolutely stay here again.

Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

Second time staying here and probably won’t be the last. Fantastic price for one night and area that matched the pictures to a tee. Hosts were always responsive and I didn’t have to wait long for a response, if I even had to wait at all. Shower had great pressure and made you not even want to get out. The bed nestled right in the middle of the room in front of a tv so you can watch all of your favorite shows. Definitely worth the trip.

Laura and Bruce’s place was perfect for our overnight visit to Fayetteville. We felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. Very peaceful and quiet place. The location couldn’t have been better…super close to all the restaurants and entertainment on Dickson Street. Would highly recommend booking this place. Well done Laura and Bruce!

It’s was a nice place to stay, it was a bit too cozy for two people with a small pet for my opinion. Overall there’s a lot of places to walk around to explore and eat nearby.

The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The linens were of the best quality and truly elevated the luxurious feel of the condo. We will return.

Great host perfect spot. Everything was within walking distance. Fayetteville is a wonderful place to stay and Dickson never disappoints.

We had a great weekend at Allison's place! Very convenient location, close to Campus and great for walking to Dickson street and local restaurants. Easy to find and easy to park. Would recommend it for anyone wanting to be close to U of A and Dickson street.

The balcony stole the show. The Airbnb matched the description perfectly, but the view was better than expected. Two glass sliding doors opened the living room to the balcony, making it easy to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. I loved watching the moon rise over the trees and Dickson St lights below. The condo was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, and clean, spacious bathrooms. My favorite spot was the leather couch in the living room, perfect for relaxing. I felt very safe here. The building takes security seriously, requiring key fob access at multiple points to enter the building and use the elevators. The designated parking spot was convenient and secure. There was even a rolling basket by the elevator to help carry groceries and bags upstairs. The hosts were outstanding. They were quick to respond, flexible, and genuinely accommodating with our unpredictable schedule. They made the entire stay easy and welcoming.

This place is great. Very clean and modern. Just a short walk to UA campus. Unit overlooks Dickson, has a nice balcony. We felt very safe with parking and accessing the unit was easy. Owner was very responsive to questions/requests. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!
