6/5 stars - great value for what you pay, if you don’t mind a shared space situation. the room was spacious, comfy, and the bathroom amenities are what push it over the edge (bidet, heated seat, multiple shower heads). Evan was super kind and responsive - a great host. I enjoyed playing their piano too!! Ladd’s Addition neighborhood is right there and is a seriously beautiful morning walk. I recommend Magpie vintage, also right there. Hawthorne Ave was an easy walk to all the great shops. If traveling solo again I will be back. Thanks for a great stay

We loved our stay here! We especially appreciated how clean and beautiful everything was. Adam and Hannah were very kind and responsive. They were willing to accommodate an early checkin which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend staying here!

It was a home away from home! My family had a great time at Eric's place. Most everything we needed were there and those additional items requested were supplied immediately. Safe and quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and local sights. Since this is an actual home they live in during fall and winter, all kitchen, laundry, bedroom and bath necessities are there. The backyard was amazing! We really enjoyed our time there! We even had breakfast in the gazebo. We would love to come back next time! Thank you for sharing your home, Eric.

We had a great stay at this home. It’s beautifully furnished and the kitchen has everything you could want or need to cook or entertain. Actually there were several amenities (hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grill) we didn’t even get to use due to our own schedule. Really this house has so much to do you don’t need to venture if you don’t want to. It was spacious and comfortable and very clean; overall a lovely home in a great walkable neighborhood. Everyone in our group loved this house. Several people in our group commented we should try to come back and stay at this place again in the future. Also, the host was awesome- easily one of the best I’ve encountered. Thank you!
