You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great week staying at the family run apartment . A warm welcome by our hosts Ivan and Selena . A relaxing place to be with a great terrace and view on the bay . Beach , center and restaurants all a short walk away. We have been looked after really well. Thanks !

Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein wunderbarer, friedlicher, sehr ruhiger Platz mit einem ganz besonderen Flair. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Garten ist ein Traum und man ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen Wald. Dies war sicher einer der besten Unterkünfte, die ich je gebucht habe. Dies ist so ein Platz, den man am liebsten nie verlassen möchte. Das Dorf Griziane mit einem Geschäft und eine kleine Bar ist nicht weit vom Haus und man ist in 10 Minuten in Grikvenica am Hausstrand wo es etliche Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Wir haben sehr viel unternommen und sehr viele Erkundungen gemacht und es war jedes Mal wunderschön an diesen besonderen Platz zurück zu kehren. Maya war sehr reaktionsschnell und sehr nett und sympathisch und sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Danke Maja für diese ganz besondere Oase der Ruhe . Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren . Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Szép, konfirtos, jól felszerelt szállás, békés környéken. Kivállóan alkalmas a kikapcsolódásra. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, a nappali tágas, a terasz szép. Jó szívvel ajánljuk.

Gordana's place is lovely, the garden is absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the bathroom, which is spacious and modern. We had a lovely stay, the only concern we had was that the beach was not clean at all which was disappointing as the water was very clear. We would have liked to stay more in the nearby area to swim. It could be that it was early season and the beach hadn't been cleaned yet. Nothing was wrong with the actual apartment, I can recommend it if you come with a car so you can get around to eplore other beaches.

Mieszkanie ma wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Świetne miejsce, przepiękna okolica, ale również świetna baza wypadowa, niedaleko do promu na wyspę Pag i mostu na wyspie Krk, niedaleko do plaży. Marija jest cudownym, uśmiechniętym gospodarzem, komunikatywnym i chętnym do pomocy.

Miejsce urokliwe, przepiękny widok z tarasu, mieszkanie bardzo zadbane i bardzo czyste, na miejscu parking, czuliśmy się tam jak w domu. Bardzo mili gospodarze, pomocni. Wszystko na plus. Same pozytywne odczucia. Łatwy dojazd do centrum, niedaleko świeże warzywa owoce i pieczywo. Bardzo piękne plaże w okolicy. W apartamencie było wszystko co potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania na urlopie. Polecam serdecznie :))

The place was exactly what we were looking for—clean, cozy, and stylish, with everything we needed for a relaxing and calm getaway. The location is perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet, while still being close to everything you might want to explore. Our host was absolutely lovely—super nice, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She made us feel very welcome, and her hospitality really made our stay even more special. Odlična lokacija. Iz balkona in kuhinje je res lep pogled na morje. Stanovanje je opremljeno z vsem kar potrebuješ, prav tako je opremljena kuhinja. Manjkala mi je samo pečica. V bližini je veliko parkirišče in dolga urejena sprehajalna pot ob morju. Jelena je prijazna in odzivna, definitivno priporočam.

Es un amor, tuve problemas con el transporte y llegué muy tarde pero ahi estaba ella esperandome para recibirme en persona, hacerme un tour del lugar y ofrecerme algo para comer y beber, de verdad que fue una experiencia muy agradable y calida, senti que me trataron de la misma manera en que una abuelita consiente a sus nietos

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir als Familie haben uns für die 5 Tage wohl gefühlt. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön und der Strand nur die Treppe hinunter zu erreichen.

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

Die Unterkunft war der Hammer. Toller Ausblick wie auf den Fotos 🤩die Kommunikation mit Irena hat super funktioniert. Sie konnte uns auch gute Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe geben. Die Unterkunft war top ausgestattet 👍🏻🎉 Wir kommen gerne wieder 🥳

Das Apartment ist ganz nett und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Es liegt auf einem Berg aber das war okay weil wir einfach mit dem Auto hinunter gefahren sind um zum Meer zu kommen und kostenlos an der Straße geparkt haben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Am besten hat mir die Aussicht gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade, von wo man schön lange an der Küste spazieren kann und Restaurants sind auch direkt erreichbar.

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
